Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Ravewyn withdrew her hands, her expression betraying a hint of exhaustion. Umbra held his breath as he awaited the verdict, his heart pounding with apprehension. But then, to his immense relief, he saw Luminara stir, her eyelids fluttering open as she returned to consciousness.

"Luminara," he breathed, relief flooding through him as he reached out to gently brush a stray lock of hair from her face. "Are you alright?"

Luminara blinked groggily, her gaze focusing on Umbra's face with a mixture of confusion and relief. "Umbra?" she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Yes, it's me," he replied softly, his tone filled with tenderness. "You're safe now. Ravewyn healed you."

Luminara's eyes widened in realization as she glanced around the chamber, taking in her surroundings with a mixture of astonishment and gratitude. "Thank you, Ravewyn," she whispered, her voice filled with genuine appreciation.

Ravewyn offered a weary smile in response, her exhaustion evident in the lines of her face. "Just doing my duty," she replied, her voice tinged with exhaustion. "But you should rest now. You've been through quite an ordeal."

Umbra nodded in agreement, his concern for Luminara's well-being outweighing any lingering questions or uncertainties. Together, they helped Luminara to her feet, supporting her as she swayed unsteadily on weakened legs.

Luminara sat up quickly, realization hitting her like a truck. Umbra sighed, sitting on the bed beside her.

"What did I miss?" Luminara asked. "Nothing, you just fell asleep for a while"  Umbra mumbled. "Huh... That's weird" Luminara said, holding her head. "Wh-What's weird?" He stammered.  "My memory feels quite... blurry" Luminara explained.

What has he done...

"I think you should rest" Umbra suggested. Luminara sighed, lying down. "I... I missed you, you know" Umbra mumbled under his breath.

"Hm? What?" Luminara asked. "Nothing" Umbra sighed, leaving the room. Lapis was leaning against the door, his shark-tail thrashing side to side. "Did you tell her about the memory loss?" He asked. Umbra winced, a million thoughts drowned out by one.

Who's fault is it?

Is it his?

Should he tell her?

"Erm... Yeah," He mumbled, fiddling with his fingers. Lapis sighed, and then smiled at him, his body fins flickered in the sunlight, casting a faint blue glow. "Give me your hand" Lapis ordered, Umbra gave himself a second for his brain to stop working before he gave Lapis his right hand. Lapis yanked it from him and spread apart his fingers one by one to reveal his palm.

Umbra felt his skin burn, lines carving into his hand, his white blood seeping through the lines. He watched as a circle was drawn on his hands, a crescent moon drawn inside the circle, triangles lined the circle, and there it was, Luminara's symbol burnt onto his hand, his blood everywhere.

It hurt so much.

"Hm. Late reaction much?" Lapis said. "What? What are you talking about??" Umbra questioned, holding back a scream of agony. "When you breach the balance of the celestial realms through emotions such as happiness, excitement, love, etcetera, the one found responsible will be cursed until the 'victim' can..."

"Can what? WHAT??" Umbra asked, worried, and excited, he didn't know at this point.

"I'd rather not say." Lapis sighed, putting his hand down to reveal his own spotted hand, a very faint fire symbol drawn on his hand.
