Laura's POV

"And so then, I wa-" Emma got cut off by my phone going off with a text from an unknown number. Should I read it?

"Laura, what's wrong?" Emma pondered as she looked at my phone.

"It's an unknown number. Should I answer it?" I asked her as we were both looking at my phone.

"I would. I could be something important" she stages. She has a point. I open the text, and here's what it said.

To Laura
From Ross
Hey baby. I want to make you one of my deals again, since you didn't take the other one. Text back if you want to Herr what it is.

"Should I text back?" I ask Emma

"If you want too. Go ahead. I mean, you are single, so if you really want to, go ahead. You wouldn't be hurting any one if you did."

"Your right! Now, I going to text him back, and see what his offer is."

To Ross
From Laura
What is the deal?

I wait for a text back, which is like right after I sent the text. I looked at my phone, and started freaking out.

To Laura
From Ross
If you let me kiss you, I'll stop beating you up.

I was freaking out because my life won't be hell anymore. I won't be beaten up anymore. And, what could be better than kissing my crush.

"Emma, look at this text." I said. She came over right away. She squealed with joy. She always knew I had a crush on Ross. She just hated him for beating me up. "Do you think I should do it?!" I squeal.

"You could give it a try. But, listen to me. If there are no sparks, don't date him then."

"Alright beasties" I say, and giggle. I text Ross back, and we are set for Friday
