Mike(Laura's bf): hey baby, what's up? (sees the blood from her nose, and goes rushing up to her) Ross again?!?
Laura: Yes, but don't be mad. He can be a really sweet guy.
Mike: No, he can't. He beats you up every single day. If I were at your school, than I would be able to help you, but I can't. I'm going in there tomorrow.
Laura: please don't!!! I don't want everyone to think I need my boyfriend to look after me, and fight all my battles.
Mike: You can't keep going to school like this. I don't want to see you hurt again.
Laura: please Mike!!!! I LOVE HIM!II (realizes what she said, and covers we mouth). I'm sorry.
Mike: Laura. You love him?!?
Laura: (signs deeply) yes. I love him. I've loved him ever since I met him.
Mike: (Pulls her into a hug) Laura, I love you, and only you. Just remember that. I'm on your side. Just come to me if you need anything.
Laura: I love you more than Ross (she lies)
(Mike helps her clean up, and they spend the rest of the day in each others arms.)
