Chapter 39|Claim your Man

YVONNE'S POV
After my encounter with the minister, I walked through the halls to my first class which I was now late for.

"Your late Miss Wyllt!"

"Sorry, Miss I was in Dumbledore's office."

"Just sit down Miss Wyllt."

I looked around the classroom to my usual seat and saw that it was taken by Astoria. Did she really take my spot just to sit next to Mattheo, I rolled my eyes and sat next to Ron Weasley.

It was now halfway through the lesson and Professor Bathsheda told us to work with our partners to write some runes.

I looked over at Ron who seemed nervous, "Ron are you okay?"

"Y-yeah why wouldn't I be.", he said avoiding eye contact with me.

I squinted my eyes and said, "Are you scared or something?"

"No."

"Then what is it?"

He looked at me and said nothing. "So?", I said.

He sighed and said, " I don't want any trouble with you and the other Slytherins."

I began laughing and I noticed Mattheo staring at me and I turned my attention back to Ron.

"Ron I don't see why there would be any trouble."

"If you say so."

When the lesson ended I began to walk to my dorm and I felt someone grab my neck and push me to the wall.

"Owwwww.", I opened my eyes to see that it was Mattheo. "That hurt."

"Shut up you know you liked that."

I rolled my eyes and said, "I-It was just unexpected. Why are talking to me I thought you wanted some space .", I emphasised on the space.

"I do but that doesn't mean you can be flirting with fukcing Weasley!"

I scoffed and said, " I wasn't flirting. And you can't be talking to me about flirting while you are flirting with Astoria. I've seen the way both of you haven't gotten close in the past few days."

Matthe squinted his eyes and moved closer to me. Fuck I could smell his cologne. "Are you jealous Princess?"

"N-No."

We both stared at each other for a few minutes before crashing our lips together. Ohh I have missed this.

He pulled back and said, "If I see you talking to Weasley I won't hesitate to hurt him.".

Before I could say anything Mattheo just walked away. Then I shouted, "IF I SEE YOU TALKING TO ASTORIA AGAIN I WON'T HESITATE TO HURT HER!"

He turned to look at me and he just smirked. I knew he thought I was joking but I wasn't. I'm not going to lie I did feel jealous because I didn't like how she had gotten close to him.

It was now lunchtime and I sat down with Astra and Pansy, whilst we ate I told them what happened with Mattheo and me.

"Would you actually fight her Yvonne?", Astra asked as she took a bite from her burger.

"I don't know if it's worth it."

"I say you do, you have to claim your man love."

"Or you could just make Riddle jealous. There's no need for violence.", Astra said as she nudged Pansy.

"He is not my man Pansy.", I said looking down.

"Not yet anyway."

"We know you feel something for him. Have you guys had sex yet?"

"Astra why would you ask me that!?", I shouted as I began to blush.

"Answer the question, Yvonne."

After a while of Pansy and Astra staring at me intensely I gave in, "Y-Yes we have."

They both screamed and began to clap their hands.

"Guys quiet down everyone is staring."

Then out of nowhere Regulus, Draco, Theodore and Blaise came.

Theodore sat next to Astra and kissed her on her forehead and asked, "What is with all the yelling."

"Oh, it's nothing babe Yvonne just told us something."

"Hmm told you what?"

"Just some girl stuff you guys don't need to know."

"If you say so."

"V we spoke to Riddle."

"Really?", I said not caring.

"He told us why he had to stay away from you."

Now this caught my attention, "And why would he tell you guys?"

"Because he forced him to, it took a while but he told us.", Draco said.

"A-And what was the reason?"

Blaise sat next to me and whispered, "He doesn't want to put you in danger because his father still needs you. And every day he doesn't bring you to him his father tortures him."

"W-What. H-He—." I couldn't speak, I felt overwhelmed, why would he do this?

"He is going to be angry that we told you now."

"It's fine Blaise we can blame it on Malfoy.", Regulus said laughing.

"No not this time cousin I always take the blame it's your turn now plus you brought it up."
