YVONNES POV
The ball was in a few hours and I was just in my room laying out everything that I was going to need: my dress, shoes, makeup, jewellery etc.
As I was doing that I heard and knock on my door and I told the person to come in. "Hello Mother.", I said hugging her tightly. "Hello dear, how are you," she asked pulling away.
"I am good thank you for asking, I just want this ball to come already," I said as I sat on the chair in my room
"You seem excited.", she said sitting on my bed.
"I am."
"So... I've noticed you and Mattheo are pretty close.", she said picking up the picture of both of us I had on my night stand.
"U-Um yeah."
"Do you guys go out?"
"Well....I don't know it is pretty complicated."
"Hmm.", she said placing the picture down. "Are you sexually active with him?"
My eyes widened as she asked me that question. "U-Um...."
My mother smiled at me and said, "Well if you are be careful. Do you love him?"
"Yes, I love him."
"How does Regulus feel about that, he seems quite protective over you.", she said laughing which caused me to laugh as well.
"Regulus doesn't agree with it because he's scared that Mattheo would hurt me, but Mattheo would never intentionally hurt me."
"I'm happy for both you and Mattheo."
"Please don't tell Father, Kyson knows I think Arabella is catching on, I just need a way to explain it all to him."
"Of course, I shall see you soon I need to find a dress for the ball."
"See you later.", I hugged her and she left.
Hours had passed and it was time to start getting ready, Pansy, Astra and I decided to get ready together in my room since it was the biggest.
"Girls, are you ready to tonight!", Pansy screamed.
"YEAHHHH!", Astra shouted back, "I've been waiting for this day for too long."
As Pansy was about to say something, a knock came from the door and I opened it to see Mattheo.
"Theo, hi."
"Hey Princess," he said moving closer to me and kissing my forehead.
