YVONNE'S POV
As we ran out of the cave Astra apparated us back to where we were staying.
"That...was...AWESOME!", Dahlia shouted.
"You and Weasly burned the cave down."
"Malfoy's right but... if they didn't do it we would have been dead."
Whilst the other were talking I helped Mattheo sit down. "H-How do you feel?"
"Like shit."
"Let me heal you," I said and spell which healed all the wounds he had.
"Hmm..that feels better. Thank you, princess."
You know," Pansy said, voice tired but edged with her usual bite, "next time we hunt a Horcrux, let's pick one in a bloody meadow. Flowers. Sunshine. Something scenic."
"Voldemort's aesthetic didn't include meadows," Draco muttered, smoothing her sleeve with a flick of his wand.
"We're alive, aren't we?" Blaise said, though his tone was far from celebratory as he dropped onto a log. His soaked cloak hit the dirt with a wet slap.
"Barely," Ron grumbled, collapsing beside Hermione, who was already busy layering protective charms around the sealed locket now sitting in the middle of camp. She looked pale, drained, but her hands were steady.
"We survived," Hermione said, her voice quiet but firm. "That's what matters."
"For now," Regulus added, his eyes fixed on the Horcrux like it might explode at any moment.
Dahlia flopped backwards onto the grass, arms flared out dramatically. "We need a new team motto. 'We Survive, Barely' has a nice ring to it."
"Good news is, we've managed to achieve what no one else has done. The only Horcruxes left to collect are, Ravenclaws' diadem and Nagini.", Harry said.
"Ugh, we have to come back to school?" Pansy said.
"Yes."
"Hold on Nagini? How the hell are we supposed to get to that snake? She's always with Voldemort." Ron said.
"Can we for a day just forget about all this and rest. We are all tired and I would like to take a proper shower, somewhere other than a lake." Dahlia said.
"She's right, we can't exhaust ourselves," I said.
"Thank you for agreeing with me sister." Dahlia grinned, giving me a tired thumbs-up as she stayed sprawled in the grass.
"Alright, alright, fine. A day's rest," Harry sighed, rubbing his face.
"Tomorrow can worry about itself," Ron muttered.
"I don't know about you all," Pansy said, standing up and dusting off her clothes with a grimace, "but I am going to find a bed. An actual bed. If I have to sleep on another log, I'm hexing someone."
