Episode 08

"unlce johnny!" 

i saw how my youngest child, jeshua dashed from the salas where she was busy watching her favorite cartoon shows at our flat screen television to where the main door of our living room was right after i had opened the door and greeted the man in his causal attire, standing right next to me as he was smiling while staring at my daughter. he even bend to reach the same level as jeshua then he opened his both arms wide enough to welcome my daughter with warm hugs as when jeshua came to where his uncle, she threw her body to her and let herself being devoured by the hug of his uncle. 

both of them stayed at that position for like thirty seconds when jeshua was the one who freed the hug, and by that, i saw how big jeshua's smile was. and instead of making me feel a bit jealous that my daughter could smile at someone like that for more than to me, its just melts my heart. johnny.. my cousin is her favorite uncle, dahil nadin kasi johnny was the one with me when everything fell apart and since when madison died. he took care of her and chrystyan while i was away so i understand that jeshua grew fond of him. plus johnny was treating my daughter like her own child. wala din kasing boyfriend or something si johnny. 

"how was my lovely niece? uncle johnny misses you so much." it almost made me cringe at how i heard johnny made his voice soft when talking to my daughter. hindi kasi bagay sakanya.

jeshua jumps and as usual, she vibrates in happiness. "jeshua is fine, fine uncle! and jeshua misses you too so much!" 

they hugged once again and if it wouldn't because of me to remind them that i am still here, they both wont stop hugging each other and telling how they missed one another. once johnny was being dragged by my daughter to the salas, i closed the door once again before facing them on the salas where they talk. actually and honestly, i wasn't even aware or johnny did not even informed me he was going to visit today since for all i know, he became so much busier these days since pinasa na sakanya yung company ni tito and as far as ive heard, may naiwang project si tito sa company so johnny was the one handling it right now. 

good thing that when he visits unexpectedly, i was on my day off, and the kids doesn't have classes today since it was saturday so hindi sayang yung punta ni johnny dito.. plus it wouldn't be awkward if seokmin... oh! my eyes just widened after i remember that the three of us ㅡ jeshua, chrystyan and i are not alone inside the house anymore and we have a maid, and johnny doesnt know that we found one already! that's why right after the second i realized that we are with seokmin, i immediately moved my body to go through him at the kitchen and informed him that my cousin was here... 

but even before i could get to turned my body around and moved from where i was standing, i stood froze on my spot when i saw seokmin was there... he was there standing at the edge of the hallway that connects the kitchen and the salas and he was already staring at our visitor which is my cousin, with brows was furrowing in confusion yet surprised was evident in his face probably didn't expecting anyone to just enter the house without him knowing or none of us did told him about the happenings. 

and when i was about to call seokmin to introduce and inform him about the sudden appearance of my cousin, i already heard johnny's voice asking seokmin who he is. 

"who are you, mister?" johnny asked slowly and it seemed he picked the right words for seokmin not to get offended.
