"daddy im so hungry, can we dropped by at some food chain?"
joshua shot her daughter a glance that was on the backseat of the car through the rear view mirror. "what do you want?... do you want some burgers?"
with that suggestions from his father, joshua saw jeshua lift up her face. "yes, daddy! i want burgers!" then she even clapped her both hands in the air, showing how happy she was.
the attorney couldn't help but to giggled at how cute his daughter was and his heart was also melting seeing how easy it was for her daughter to become happy, even in the smallest thing. and he couldn't thank heaven enough to have a daughter like jeshua na hindi mahirap pasayahin, na sa kahit simpleng bagay, just give her what she wants, she would be totally happy already. even though they've gone through worst just a year ago, jeshua's personality and behaviour in terms of making her happy didn't change.
kasi kung nagbago yun, joshua didn't know what things should he do para mapasaya yung anak nya. though chrystyan was the opposite of jeshua, but joshua understands why did the boy changed. hindi naman nya masisisi yung bata because chrystyan's really are a mommy's boy dahil panganay.
the car was silent and the other three was just waiting for where joshua would parked the car to eat burgers that jeshua want. honestly, joshua didnt even knew where would they be going and hindi nya alam kung saan nya dadalhin yung mag-aama nya, but after some seconds of driving passing by the mcdonalds, an idea popped up inside his head. he looked at the person he was with inside the car, jeshua was pouting while staring on the outside but confusion was evident on her face kasi hindi sila huminto sa mcdonalds.
chrystyan was also furrowing his brows while staring on the outside also prolly waiting kung kelan hihinto yung sasakyan, while seokmin, joshua caught that he was shooting glances probably also confuse kung saan sila pupunta but joshua just smiled and chuckled before he turned the car to the left, enough for them to see a glimpse of los angeles international airport.
"daddy... why are we on the airport?" jeshua asked out of confusion as her brows was furrowing at parang naliligaw na bata.
joshua chuckled. "we're going to eat burgers at in and out."
as if on cue, the moment joshua ended his statement, the car parked on the wayside in front of in and out food chain that is very famous here in their city. jeshua was the first one to unload the car, her mouth and eyes was wide as if she couldn't believe that her father drove them here at this famous food chain and like as if it was her first time eating here. oh well, it really was. ang food chain lang kasing alam ni jeshua ay mcdonalds since every street has their own mcdonalds plus she grew up tasting nothing but that food chains burgers and other meals.
when the four of them went to unload the car, jeshua was already jumping in happiness like a kid herself trying out the things she was dreaming for. joshua held jeshua's hand as he remind her to be careful because there has a humps on the road and the four of them walked to reach for in and out's main entrance. joshua was the one who opened the door for the three of them at pumasok lang sya sa loob when seokmin already went inside as he followed the three in front of him. he asked the other three what they want though they couldn't pick since it was the first time they're going to eat here.
but in the end, joshua was the one who decided their orders as he told to the cashier to have six pieces of double loaded patty and three medium size coke and one small size of that drink. yung small ay para kay seokmin since joshua was worried that seokmin might caught a UTI now that the younger just got recovered from three days fever. after ordering their burgers, they decided to occupy the table outside where they can see the glimpse of the airport nearby at kita din nila yung nagt-take off and magt-touchdown na eroplano.
