"attorney hong, why are you in a hurry? hearing's just ended."

joshua took a glance at the prosecutor. "i got a call that something happened to my son. my sincere apologies, i have to go early."

and just like that, after he tidying up the things he used for the whole three hours of meeting back at his suitcase, he did not wait for the others or more to the person who he was with inside the court to respond but he made sure that his sudden in a hurry was valid and was still had so much manners before he opened the door and dashed out of the court. he hurriedly rode an elevator and he pressed the button of it aggressively like as if it would get him on the ground floor that quick and he just groaned in frustration when the elevator had stop at the fifth floor that he almost cursed kasi kung kelan sya nagmamadali doon pa bumagal si elevator.

it took minutes before the elevator had swung opened, revealing the ground floor of this building making joshua waste no time as he run for his life to reach for the parking lot to where his car was parked. the moment he went inside the car, he fished out his phone to contact seokmin and while waiting for the younger to pick up the call, joshua started to maneuver the car almost not minding other cars beside him because there was nothing in his mind right now but his son, but his chrystyan. his heart was beating faster and all he wanted at this moment was to see them.. was to see him.

"hello sir?"

joshua tried to calm himself down. "where are you? how's chrystyan?" and he almost cursed once again when he had to stop the car since naabutan sya nang traffic light.

"we're on the way back to the house already sir, im with your two kids. doon nalang tayo magkita." joshua could hear that seokmin was trying to lower his voice probably not wanting for his kids mostly chrystyan to know na pauwi na sya because of what happened.

"please dont let chrystyan went upstairs without me, okay?"

"yes sir."

as if on cue, once seokmin hung up the call, the traffic lights finally went to yellow and joshua did not waste any seconds and he sped up his engine like as if he was driving a sports car one and he doesn't care if some traffic men could see him almost violating the rules of over-speeding and over-taking, because all he really wanted was to get back to the house more earlier unlike the usual travel time. though joshua knows that seokmin could handle his two kids and he doesn't need to worry about na walang kasama yung mga bata, but he had to be there.. he had to be there bago pa humupa yung nangyari.

he had to see and talked to chrystyan right away that he cannot wait any longer.
