27 : Dark Josie

(Salvatore Boarding School)

Stefanie and Hope stood outside her room when they heard Ric's voice on the PA System telling everyone to make their way to morning assembly, the two walked over to the hall hand in hand.

In the hall they sat beside Cassy and Alex as Ric began "I know you are all worried, believe me, no one is more worried than I am, my daughter Josie is still missing, but even as I speak, we're doing everything we can to find her." the twins glanced at each other.

"Jed and the wolves are attempting to track her, Kaleb and the vampires have compelled local police for any help that they can provide, we will find her and bring her home, that said, I just want to reiterate, under no circumstance should any of you approach her." he continued.

"While she is our family and friend, she is under the influence of black magic and... not herself." Stefanie glanced to the row behind her seeing Alyssa fake yawn making her roll her eyes as she turned back to her uncle, "You're safety and Josie's is my top priority, I promise you, I will get through to her and bring back the Josie we know and love safely."

"But first... we just have to find her." he was interrupted by a loud thud and the doors to the hall slammed open, Josie walking in with veins littering her face "I'm right here dad." she smirked down at them all as levitated down the steps causing Hope and Stefanie to stand up, the brunette putting her arm out in an attempt to block the blonde in the row in front of her from her sister's sight.

"Well, don't look so shocked, did you really think that I would miss my birthday?" Josie walked forward past the Salvatore "Oh, I'm sorry, our birthday." she said placing a hand on her twin's cheek before walking towards their father, "So, what did I miss?" she smiled as Hope and Stefanie shared a look with the headteacher.

MG was talking to Blair when Josie walked in with a group of lackey's following behind, "You multiplied like gremlins." he observed, Josie stood in front of them "Supervillains need a squad, too, with a little help of a black magic suggestion spell." "Cause that's not creepy at all." Blair mumbled from beside her friend.

"Can I talk to you for a sec... without the squad?" MG asked, the Saltzman turned to her minions "You guys know your assignments, start prepping my birthday bash without me, I'll catch up." she spoke tilting her head to the side as they filed out the room in two separate lines going in opposite directions.

MG watched them leave "Oh, that's not creepy at all." Blair tilted her head at the group "Man, she really messed with their heads." Josie glared slightly at the blonde who turned back to her "I need to make sure that my party goes off without a hitch."

"About that, happy birthday Jo, to replace the one I spilled root beer on when I first got to the school." he told her holding out a book of fairy tales with ribbon decorating it, the siphon glanced down at it then back at him "I think that was the day we became friends." he continued, she tilted her head slightly "You're never gonna give up on the good inside of me, are you MG?"

The vampire shook his head "It's not my style." she took a step towards him making the werewolf take a step back watching as the dark witch embraced the boy siphoning off his magic, she turned her head towards the werewolf eyes still black, Kaleb sped towards the three grabbing the vampire from the girl "What the hell is wrong with you?" he asked.
