My head is on the floor
The world spinning faster
The ringing in my ears is loud
It hurts but I can't hear her
The woman, the teacher
She's yelling I know
My body stands up on its own
Its shaky limbs hobbling toward me
Its trembling hands pick up my head
My muscles all twitch and spasm
My eyes roll back to normal and look at her
Her mean eyes and her ignorant words
Their presence like vultures following as I leave
My head still spinning, I walk out the door
