"I am in love with you, Vivaan. I love you," Anaya whispered, and I froze.
I broke the hug and looked at her.
Did she say that she loves me? She fucking loves me.
"Say that again," I said.
She lowered her gaze.
"I love you," she whispered.
I put my finger under her chin and made her look at me.
"Say that again while looking into my eyes, lavender."
"I love you," she said.
My heart skipped a beat. She loves me. And I can't stop smiling. My wife loves me.
"You really do?" I asked again.
It feels fucking nice to hear it again and again.
"I do," she nodded.
I took her hand and placed it on my heart.
"It's all yours, lavender," I said, and she smiled.
"I love you, lavender. I love you more than anything. I can do anything for you, lavender. I can kill for you and I'll gladly die for you. My heart is all yours. I am yours. And you are mine," I confessed, and her eyes sparkled.
"You don't have to die for me, Vivaan. And no one is dying. So, you better stop saying things like this," she said in a stern voice.
I smiled. She is the most beautiful woman I know. My woman.
"Did you ignore the part where I confessed my love for you?" I raised my eyebrow.
She bit her lower lip, and I groaned.
She looked at me with a worried expression.
"Are you in pain? Should I call the doctor?" she asked in a panicked tone.
"I am fine, lavender," I assured, and she relaxed.
"I really love you, Vivaan," she said.
And I definitely can see her love for me in her eyes.
"And I love you, lavender," I said, and she gave me a soft smile.
We heard a throat clearing, and I looked behind. Anaya also turned around.
