Prophecy

After what happened earlier we all decided that staying together was the best thing we could do. We all helped set up camp and decided who would share. "I call sharing with aqua" Jade shouted out. "Fine then, Amy and Ruby are sharing a tent."  Quartz said relieved. "And let me guess you get a tent all to yourself?" I laughed.  "Yep I don't have to deal with snoring" Quartz said laughing along. "Ruby can you light the fire?" I asked. "Um sure" She said nervously. She walked over to the fire pit shaking. Her eyes turned red with a fiery glow. She put her hand out and lit the fire, almost setting Jade on fire. "Oh my gosh jade, are you okay?" Ruby asked very worried. "Barely" She said. "It's okay Ruby we are all still learning how to control our powers." I said patting her on the back. After about an hour of roasting marshmallows and sharing stories of how we got our powers we decided it was time to get some sleep. Aqua was in charge of putting out the fire. I had a strange feeling about Aquamarine, She looked so familiar I just couldn't place my finger on it. I brushed off the feeling and slipped inside my tent. Ruby was already there.  I saw Ruby take out her pigtails revealing bouncy curls that kinda looked like mine. Ruby's hair was burnt on the ends, I assume when she got her powers she burnt her hair. "Hey Ruby" I said making Ruby jump. "Oh you scared me" She said. "Sorry I didn't mean to scare you" I replied softly. "It's okay" She smiled and put in some ear buds and a sleep mask and laid down. I could barely sleep that night, all I could hear was the forest. Not the forest I was in but the forest from my dreams. And just like that I was back in the forest. The forest was very familiar to me now as I had been in it multiple times. I headed toward the Old shed but instead of seeing the shed I saw a cave. I had a feeling I was heading in the right direction, so I pulled up my hood and took a few breaths and headed in the cave. The cave looked familiar as if I had been here before. The markings on the wall were the same as the ones in Jade's mind. "The prophecy will be fulfilled, there is no doubt about that. The rolling heads will make sure of it." I read. "The girl must realize what she has to do" The messages were a conversation back and forth they argued. "You will realize what you have to do" A voice behind me stated, making me jump. I felt someone grab me from the collar. I sat up gasping for breath. I looked up and noticed a dark cloud of thorns floating above me. "Are you alright?" Ruby asked putting her hair in a ponytail. The cloud of thorns disappeared. "I think" I said unsure. "Last night I  woke up and saw you leave our tent, I tried to stop you but you looked like you were in a trance" Ruby blurted out. What, I was walking while I was dreaming. "Ruby you can't tell anyone about this, I'm still trying to figure this whole thing out" I said scared she would tell everyone. "I promise I won't tell anyone"
