If you're wondering why I'm updating this fic today, it's because I am now updating this story every Thursday!!!
That's right, Seth had motivation for this story (it went from 6 chapters to 20 in one day :,)
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter and have a wonderful Thursday!Sausage's Perspective-
This school was...different to say the least.
Coming from a nice peaceful school to one that only lives off drama was a definite change, but Adam seems nice.
I have a feeling that we'll get along well.
-
"-and then, you unlock a harder mode which stumped me on the first level. Sausage, you seem smart, maybe you can help me with it later." Adam said, walking backwards and talking fast as we strolled through the halls.
I chuckled, "Thanks? And sure, I'll take a look."
"Thanks! It's tricky and when I tried to search it up, that didn't even help, it's really- GAH! Oh jeez, sorry." Adam apologized to the ginger he banged into.
The guy grumbled as his books fell to the floor.
He sighed, "It's fine."
"Oh, hey! You're fWhip, right? I'm- "
Adam got cut off as the bell rang.
He sprang up and looked panicked.
"Oh shoot! I gotta go, Sausage, if I'm late for Mrs. B's class again, she said she'd write me up. Later!"
And Adam dashed off.
I chuckled and looked down at the guy with ginger hair, who was gathering his books.
I kneeled down and picked up his notebook, handing it to him.
"Here, this is yours." I said, wearing a kind smile.
The guy looked up at me and took the book.
"Thanks." He muttered.
He then grabbed black circle rimmed glasses and put them on.
"Your friend seemed quite in the rush." He said, slinging his backpack over his shoulder.
I chuckled, "Yeah, he's kinda the troublemaker, but he's nice."
"Cool. Are you new here? I don't think I've seen you before."
"Yeah, my name's Sausage."
"I'm fWhip."
"That's a cool- "
The bell rang a second time, and I realized that I was going to be late.
"Oh shoot, I gotta go, see you around."
-
Later in the day, I had P.E with Adam. I jogged over to him when we had to walk a mile on the track.
"Hey Adam?"
"Yeah?" Adam asked, turning to me.
"Er- do you know a lot about that kid named fWhip? The one who's a bit taller than me, ginger hair, glasses."
Adam thought for a moment before saying, "Oh! Yeah, I know who you're talking about. The kid I ran into in the halls."
"Yeah! Him. So do you know anything about him?"
"Hmm...I know he has a twin sister named Gem."
"Anything else?"
Adam smirked, "Why do you ask?"
"No- no reason." I said, looking away, blushing.
"Mhm. You got your eye on him, don't you?"
"We just met!! Of course not, he just seems nice, and I'd like to be his friend."
"Yeah, sure."
"Oh shut it. You've been daydreaming about that girl for the entire day. Heck, probably even longer!"
"HEY! She has a name you know."
"What, it's probably Stella or Sasha or something stupid like that."
"IT'S SARAH! Jeez, you made your point about being annoying, now shut up." Adam said, smirking a bit.
I chuckled and then elbowed Adam.
"But you can't be making fun of me for 'liking' someone when you're head over heels for that girl."
Adam shrugged, "Fair point."
"And besides, I don't believe in love at first sight, we're probably just meant to be good friends."
"You never know, the world is a mysterious place."
I looked up at the sky and shrugged.
"It sure is..."
