"when you are guilty, it is not
your sins you hate but yourself"
— anothony de mello."

the theatre was big. obviously. but it shocked jisung. he's been to the movie theater before but never actually gone to something like this. there's people sitting everywhere and it's neither too noisy nor quiet. it's like murmur in a background, not too chaos for the mind.

yong-sun gestures for jisung to take a seat in their assigned place that yong-sun had chose for the two. "this looks great," jisung comments once they're both seated next to each other.

yong-sun smile softly. "yeah? i hope you like it."

jisung chuckles softly. "i think i already i'm," he mumbles.

just then, the lights began to switch off and yong-sun leans close to jisung's ear. "that's good," yong-sun whispers, before he withdraws away and looks ahead of the theater. jisung's lips pull into a small shy smile and he glances to look at yong-sun, but when he doesn't meet his gaze, jisung pays his attention on the front of the theater and watches as everyone begins to clap when a person comes out in front of the stage.

the person introduces the play and jisung figures out a few minutes later that they're the narrator of the story.

the play begins, and jisung watches in amazement and keeps his eyes sharp for every thing that happens before him.

"okay, how was it?" yong-sun asks once they were walking out the theater.

jisung takes a deep breath, along with a hissing sound. "honestly?"

"honestly," yong-sun implied.

jisung glanced at the mint haired. his expression is pinched, before he lets go of the expression, his eyes crinkle and his lips open to a wide smile. "that was seriously amazing," jisung admitted. "that shit gave me goosebumps..!" jisung exclaimed.

"you loved it, didn't you?" yong-sun doesn't need to ask, he himself already knew it. but he still wanted to hear jisung confirm it himself.

jisung eagerly nods his head. "yes, yes! i loved it. tell me, when do they do this again?"

yong-sun lets out a chuckle as he opens the exist door open for the two. "if you liked that i'm sure you'll like many more of these sort of things," yong-sun says.

jisung's brows tugged in confusion. "sort of things?" he questions.

yong-sun hums, leading them to his car. "yeah. seeing things live. like, a live show."

"live show?"

yong-sun hums, "have you ever seen ballet in person?"

jisung shakes his head. "no, only in movies. have you seen black swan?"

when they get to the car, yong-sun walks to the drivers seat and jisung stands waiting for the older to unlock the car. "yeah, i've seen it. but have you seen a live performance of ballet?"

once the car's unlocked, the two hop in. yong-sun turns on the heater for the two before he drives out the parking lot. "no, i haven't. why do you ask?"

"well then," yong-sun stops midway, turning to look at jisung, locking gazes with the lad. "let's go see one."

jisung is dumbfounded, he doesn't know how to react. "wait, are you being serious?"
