Part 16

I love Leah more than anything I know for a fact my parents would approve of her. I've been talking to Viv and amanda to help me try come up with the perfect proposal and they all just said go with what ever feels best. I bought the ring a few days back and have dropped it off to amanda to keep safe for me. I think I'm going to propose at the end of the season or the break in between international matches and club games. With the World Cup on home soil Leah said she would stay in Australia with me for our international break. I will propose. With the start of the World Cup just a month away I'm supper nervous. We leave for national training in a weeks so we all have time to prepare. I've already packed my bags and I'm so excited to see my girls. But I'm sad to leave Leah it will be the first time we are both away on international duty. We are having dinner with amanda and the rest if the Williamson's tonight we have finished up with Arsenal for the half season and the summer transfer tables open. If we aren't in Australia for our break before we return to Arsenal we will be in England.

The car ride to Milton Keynes is calm I look at Leah and how she focus on the road whist softly tapping the steering wheel to to the beat of the music. She is so perfect I am the luckiest girl in the world. I love this woman so much it's insane. Those eyes are so full of love and compassion. They are so addictive. I cant believe how lucky I am to call her mine. She looks at me in the mirror and chuckles "what?" I smile "your so beautiful, talented, kind, sexy I'm so lucky to have met you. You have no clue how much you mean to me I love you" she smiles "I love too where did all this come from" I smile "my heart. Leah I really am happy I'm happiest when I'm with you" she smiles a bit wider "when we pull over I'm giving you a kiss" I smiles "haha alright" we pull up out the front of Leah's childhood home about 5 minutes later. She parks the car and looks at me and leans in. I lean in and kiss her. We have kissed for the past year and a half and her kisses still give me butterflies when I'm with her it's like all my problems disappear and it's just her and I. I will do anything for this girl it's insane I lover her more then I thought was physically possible I would walk through the hottest and worst parts of hell with a 80k person on my back just so she's happy. We get out of the car hand in hand . She is so beautiful, she's so amazing she is so Leah. The Leah i get to see is a different Leah to what the world sees , they see a ruthless defender and the Leah I get to see is a soft, gentle caring Leah it's just Leah. Not euro champion lioness captain Leah Williamson no she is just Le. We knock on the door and Jacob opens the door. He pulls me into a hug first which surprises me but I hug back "hey Jacob" he smiles "hey future sister" I smile Jacob knows I want to marry Leah but he's been calling me that for the past year. Leah scoffs pretending to be offended "wow I'm here too you know?" Jacob and I laugh as he pulls her into a hug "hey Leah how are you?" She now smiles "I'm good. Is mum and dad home" he nods "dad had to go up to London for something and will be staying there he is devastated he won't be here but he said he will try make it up to you guys once you guys come back from the World Cup." Leah looks at me "are we spending the break here in London or Australia?" I smile "that's up to you my darling" she gives me a serious look "I always choose you can choose this time" I smile "we can be here in England" she smiles and kisses my cheek Jacob lets us in we hear amanda call out from the kitchen. We take our shoes off and walk to the kitchen where amanda cutting vegetables. She greats us both and then calls Jacob "Jacob Leah I've been cooking for the past half an hour and my feet are getting a bit sore you you think you would be able to finish up the veggies for me?" They both nod "yeah of course" amanda turns to me "Alex can you help me grab something from upstairs?" I smile "yeah of course" we both walk up the stairs "amanda would you like me to get a ice pack or paracetamol for your foot?" She laughs "no my feet are fine I just wanted to speak to you in private with out those to getting suspicious or walking in on our conversation. They will end up bickering as they always do and the veg will take 30 minutes to be chopped I can almost ensure you" I smile
