Chapter 4 early moring chill day

Alex pov
I wake up and look at the time 3 am bloody hell. Why did I wake up? I look at my phone and it's buzzing like it's going to explode I check to see what the drama was about and Arsenal announced my signing an hour ago. I have fans spam tagging me in Arsenal posts. Australian teammates sending me a congrats as they know this is my dream club. I then see a message from Leah on the Arsenal post about my signing.

I can't help but smile at the message. She has a heart of gold, no that I know her I'm scared because I feel like I'm actually falling for her.she is so sweet I take a screen shot and turn my phone off. I get up out of bed and creep down stairs for a glass of water I. Making it down the stairs successfully in the dark I make my way to the kitchen and poor myself a cool glass of water.I stand there for a minute taking in that I'm in a new home my new home, I'm not alone anymore. I head up stairs Leah's door open I didn't notice that before . I hear noice is she ok?, I walk towards her room as I hear the noice gets slightly louder. They were quite enough to not hear it but you had to be paying attention to hear it. I get to the door and peak in To see Leah playing a game on her phone u softly knock and her eyes immediately dart to me. When she see me she visibly calms down "sorry Le I just heard a noice and wanted to make sure you where alright" she smiles even when it was basically pitch black her smile was bright and she was absolutely beautiful. "I'm just not used to people living with me again, thanks for checking up on me it's sweet" she roll over and turns the bedside light on I see her eyes widen at a realisation "omg did the noice wake you up" i softly giggle at her concern "Leah don't worry I was alright up just getting a glass of water I only heard it because I was scared to wake you up by walking around like an elephant" she sighs in relief "I couldn't sleep so I just started playing sudoku" I smile "once I'm up I can't go back to sleep" she moves to one side of her bed as pats a spot for me "I don't think either of us are going back to sleep wanna play a game of Sudoku?" I smile and walk in "do you want me to close the door" she smiles "why not" I sit down next to her and she shuffle closer to show me her phone screen. She turns the lights off and we begin to play.together we solve it on record time. We high five "let's go!" She says I just laugh we play a few more games before I stop and turn to her she only notices when she goes to ask me a question. "Alex u alright?" I smile "yeah I just wanted to say thank you for you message to me on the Arsenal page it really means a lot I don't think you realise how much it means" she just smiles and gives me a soft punch "no problem don't be going soft on me now Graye" we both look into each other's eyes and laugh. We play a few more games. I feel my self become tired which is unusual but I chose to ignore it. I rest my head subconsciously on Leah's shoulder looking at the game as my eyes shut.

Leah pov.
I'm glad I turned the lights off so Alex couldn't see my blush when she looked me in the eye. Imagine the chaos that would break out if she found out she's my celebrity crush. Jordan and I broke up 3 years ago and ever since then my attention has been on Alex. Whenever I saw her at a game I tried being confident but every time I shook her hand I held it a little longer she had nice hands.now she is here on my bed living with me playing Sudoku. I can't help but smile to my self. I feel a weight on my shoulder and see her resting her head on my shoulder my face instantly goes pink. She stays like that when I notice she has fallen asleep. It was adorable I turn my phone off and place it on the bed side table I move us slightly and pull the cover over her so she's not cold.I go to move out of the bed but she holds onto me and snuggles into me. I just smile she is subconsciously cuddling into me and it felt good. I just let her sleep , by her side I slowly drifted off with her head on my chest.

Alex pov
I wake again feeling refreshed but I feel something warm underneath me. I move slightly to see none other than the sleeping Leah fucking Williamson. internal panic is understatement.I notice how we lay the arms around me and my head on her chest I hear her heartbeat it was so calm and in rhythm.I just slowly breath in time with her heart beat was this wrong probably. I go to move and she stirs a little sleepy mumbling "mhh come back your comfy" I feel my self go tomato red she's sleepy I slowly lay back down on the bed and lay my head on her chest as she cuddles up to me. "Thank you" she said softly and went back to sleep I nub soft circles on her back as she sleeps. This is i sight I would never get over. I don't know how long we stayed like that but when she started to wake I stoped drawing circles.I closed my eyes and tried to sleep she was comfy. She sits up slightly then spots me well is the way we lay and I hear her breathing slightly quicken. I feel her staring so I mutter "take a photo it will last longer" and open my eyes to see a shocked Leah. "I- uh" she cut her self if I moved away from her "sorry I feel asleep on you" she smiles "it's alright I tried to leave you but you cuddled into me" my face goes slightly pink "sorry" she laughs "it's alright" I smile "when I woke up about an hour ago I tried to move but you dragged me back saying I'm comfy"I see her eyes widen and I can't help but smirk "I didn't mind as you are a pretty hood pillow I hope you didn't mind" she eyes still wide "I did what? Oh I'm so sorry, wait I'm a good pillow? I don't mind you sleeping on me IM just a embarrassed I dragged you back" I laugh "I guess we both needed hugs" we both laugh. I get up and look at her "stay here I want make you breakfast for making me feel so welcome" she begins to protest but I'm already out the door.
