"Answer me, Haejin." Minho spoke. His voice was soft, trying not to scare the younger girl.

Haejin, though, on the other side was scared. Of Minho? No. She didn't know what she was scared of, but the ministrations of her body, like her nibbling on to her lips, clutching her hands together, shaking her legs made it seem so that she was scared. She was scared that she didn't have an appropriate answer for the question.

Haejin would never admit that she was marrying Minho for her mother's sake, because she wouldn't want any third person to think that she was forced into this by her mother, even though, she was.

"I— It's not like I was given a choice." Haejin replied, and then cursed herself because she still sounded as if she was forced.

"You know..." Minho trailed off. Haejin took that second to look in his direction, and she could notice a slight frown on his face. Why did he seem sad because of her decision?

Would he rather have married Yuri? Haejin couldn't help but think it this way.

"You know, you could still say no." Minho completed his sentence this time. This is it. Haejin was sure he that he wanted to marry Yuri.

"Would you marry Yuri then?" She couldn't help but ask, her question followed by a scoff.

"What- No!" Minho replied hurriedly, and his answer seemed... genuine?

"Then? I mean, I can't say no, now." Haejin emphasised the word now, referring to the fact that they were already going for the selection of their wedding outfits.

Minho didn't reply to this. Of course none of them could escape what they had been pushed into. What's done has been done and there's no going back, especially, from here onwards.

Though, Minho didn't say anything, it seemed like he wanted to. He lips parting slightly from time to time which he would mask in a way as if he was taking a deep breath and his fingers which kept tapping the steering, in a rhythm which did not at all match the faint radio that had been playing in the background.

Haejin noticed this and couldn't help but wonder what exactly did Minho had on his mind. But her curiosity was cut short when Minho finally spoke.

"I hate that you got entagled in my mess." Minho shared, his voice sounded frustrated. "I'm so sorry, if only I would've agreed to marry Yuri—"

"Hey, stop." Haejin spoke softly. She didn't want him to complete that sentence. She couldn't wonder how much painful the sentence might have been for him if, she, who just heard it, was hurt to her core.

"I don't blame you." Haejin coaxed. Of course, she never blamed Minho. Just like her, he was also a puppet to his parents so why in the Hell would she blame him?

"You don't?" Minho asked, definitely puzzled by her response. He expected Haejin to hate the shit of him for the situation he had put her into, but she doesn't hate him? That was a new discovery for him.

"Of course, I don't." Haejin replied, trying to make herself sound more convincing this time so that Minho would get out of the notion that she hated him.

"Do we both not know, who exactly is to be put to blame here?" Haejin questioned, a question she and Minho knew the answer to.

Minho just sighed in response, having nothing to speak because again, it was his parents who started everything in the first place.

Minho continued to drive, and for sometime the only voice that could be heard was that of the GPS which informed that the two of them will reach their destination in a span of ten to fifteen minutes.
