Auburn walked to them and stood in front of
the two, waiting for someone to say something.

Her eyes met with Ellie's and she saw her
eyes scan the scar on her face.

She wasn't ashamed of her scar, not at all. She just wanted Ellie to bask in the feeling of guilt that she did this, if she even felt anything at this point.

Ellie's eyes peeled away from her, looking
straight ahead as Auburn's eyes looked over at
Aaron, whose eyes were darting between
herself and Ellie.

"Ive taken notice that the both of you don't
seem to be too keen on each other," Aaron
broke the silence.

Ellie scoffed, almost cold laugh fleeing her
lips. "No one else seems to be too keen on
each other," she drawled.

"But none of the others went as far as actually
hurting their opponent, Williams ," Aaron
stated, "I've set up a separate room for the
both of you to stay in. You'll be roommates
until you both learn how to get along and
communicate in ways that don't involve going
at each other's throats- your room is down
the hall, the opposite side from everyone else.
You'll be staying there together starting
tonight."

An annoyed groan fled Ellie's lips as Auburn
just scoffed in disbelief. "Seriously?" they
whined in unison before glaring nastily at
each other.

"I have to fucking stay in a room with this
crazy son of a bitch? She just tried to kill me
not five minutes ago and now you want me to
sleep in the same bloody room as her?"
Auburn snapped, brows knitted together in
confusion.

Ellie shot a hostile glare at her. "Shut your
pathetic fucking mouth, Reid. You also tried to kill me by stickıng the damn knife in my throat," she growled, her eyes flickering.

The muscle in Ellie's jaw twitched, fists curled
into tight balls to her sides as her nostrils
flared in anger.

Auburn huffed a bitter laugh, but came out as
more of a scoff. "Because you actually used
the fucking knife on me. I told you to stop,
but your dumbass didn't fucking listen. It was
like you were fucking possessed or something," Auburn snarled, her eyes dark as her expression hardened.

"Enough! Both of you!" Aaron snapped
agitatedly, making them both silent, but they
were still staring at each other. It was like their eyes were glued, like they were magnets and unable to leave one another.

"This is exactly why you are both staying in
the one room together- because you can
never talk without it turning into an
argument," the instructor sighed in frustration,

"Both of you are going to train today like normal and then you will be forced to share one room together," he concluded.

"But-" Auburn spoke, but got interrupted.
"This is non-negotiable. Now, both of you
get your asses in the training room and
resume your daily training without another
bloody argument," he demanded, his tone
was hard.

Auburn and Ellie were still staring so
intensely at each other, not even moving.

  "NOW!"  Aaron snapped.

Ellie and Auburn left the Healer's office
without another word to each other or
Aaron.

They both walked back to the training room
to see everyone was still training. Ellie
walked back to their mat whilst Auburn was
stopped by two Brunette twins.

"Doll, what in the fuck happened to your
face?" Selena's brows furrowed.

  "Ellie happened," Auburn's tone was
clipped.
