Leo went to his room and laid on his bed. Staring at his star nightlight projector, he was thinking. Thinking good. The only human he's ever liked was Karai. But he's well over her now. Yin is...certainly special. And he finds himself glancing at her when she isn't looking. I know it's wrong to like someone you barely met. But...one can't help it, sometimes.

He doesn't wanna tell anyone yet. Especially Raphael. He'll just bug the hell out of him! When he was thinking about how her brown eyes lit up at him telling the stories, his heart rate increased and he felt himself blush. Leo sighed and turned onto his side.

"Hmmm", he sighed, yawning. "Only one can wonder..."

And he went to sleep.

The next morning everyone woke up around the same time. Everyone had a good sleep! Especially Yin. When she and Leo made eye contact they smiled softly at one another.

Mikey made note of that cause he was the only one who saw it happen. He'll ask his brother about it later.

"Morning, everyone." Splinter walked out and gave them all a hug. "Today I don't really feel like cooking. So help yourselves."

"Ah, yeah!" Mikey fisted the air. "Time to think of something great to make."

"It better not be that pizza noodle soup shit again", Raph sighed.

"No, actually", Mikey snapped, sounding offended. "It'll be amazing!"

"Are you hungry, Yin?" Splinter asked.

"No, I'm okay", Yin shook her head.

"Then we might as well begin training now." Splinter lead the way into the dojo.

Yin stretched out first. So did Splinter. Then when Splinter put a blindfold in her hands, she was confused.

"Ummm, what's this for?" Yin tilts her head.

"I wanna test your instincts", Splinter said, "since your not trained in the advanced, I'll take it easy on you."

"How is this fair?" Yin complained.

"It's not. There will be times when the fight won't be fair", he said sternly. "So you must be prepared for them."

Yin rolled her eyes. "Fine." She put the blindfold on.

Now Splinter walked around her. "Focus on my voice, where do you think I'm going? What do you think I'm gonna do? How will I do it? What move will you make?"

Yin breathed deeply, concentrating hard. When Splinter went to sweep her feet from under her, she jumped in the nick of time.

"Very well. You are tuned with your spirit very much. More than me, sometimes."

Yin grinned. "Thanks."

Splinter went to strike with his palm, Yin ducked and rolled out of the way. "Did they train you in this, Yin?" Splinter wondered.

"Yeah. Why?"

"I'm just curious why they'd train you in something when it could very well backfire...", Splinter hummed. "Okay, that's enough on that."

Yin took the blindfold off. "Woo! That was honestly fun."

"We're here, Sensei!" Mikey announced as he and the others walked inside.

"Guys, guess what!" Yin got bubbly with excitement.

"Your birthday is around the corner", Raph said sarcastically.
