A/N: AYOOOO PART TWO BAHAHAHAHA LEZ GO!
-PRESENT, TWO WEEKS LATER-
It's time for Yin and the turtles to go. It is a pretty big step in Yin's training, and she honestly can't wait for it! Whatever is out there for me...I'll be ready.
Yin made new gear all on her own like the guys did when they did their vision quest. She based it off of Leo's and Raph's, and it came out cool!
"All of you be safe and look after one another", Splinter said, bidding them goodbye. "I love you all."
One by one, they gave Splinter a hug and loaded up in the Party Wagon. And...they're off! Leo told her on the way up there that they spent a few days in the woods max, so it shouldn't be too much of a big deal for her. But what if something comes up where I'm not ready for it?
It's roughly midnight now, and Raph is at the wheel, and it's only him and Yin awake. The others could barely keep their eyes open. Yin sighed, rubbing her temple.
"You good, Yin?" Raph asked, looking over to his right where Yin sat next to him.
"Yeah, I'm fine... I'm just worried that something will go wrong when I'm out there. What if I'm not up for it?"
"Cut the bullshit, of course, you're ready. You have good weapon skills, you're blind and your aim is better than Mikey's."
Yin chuckled. "Thanks, that's all the encouragement I need."
"Heh. Not a problem."
She rolled down the window and looked up at the sky, adoring the view. "It's always so pretty", she sighed.
"The view's alright, just not my thing to marvel at it", Raph replied.
"If you've been locked up as long as I have you'll be doing the same thing", she huffed, sticking out her arm, letting the wind wash over it. "It's amazing!"
Raph saw the light in her eyes, the glow in her smile. She truly feels happy when she's surrounded by her friends. It makes him feel better to know that she's getting by each day.
A couple of hours later they stop at a mini market on the corner of the street. "I can't wait till the farm house, I'm starving", Raph complained. "Stay here with the others and tell them what I'm doing if any of them wake up."
She was just about to unbuckle her seatbelt. "But-I wanna go too."
Raph shook his head, climbing out. "It's risky for you."
"But I-."
"No, Yin. I can't chance it." He shut the door and walked inside, pulling up his hood from the outfit he wore on his quest.
"Tch. Whatever", she grumbled, crossing her arms.
She stared boringly out the window, gazing around. There were a couple people inside from what she could tell. Then a black van pulled into the parking lot. Through the tinted window of the Party Wagon Yin could see...two guards she recognizes from TCRI get out. Ducking down under the glovebox so they wouldn't see the light of her phone she frantically dials Raph's number.
"Raph", she whispered anxiously. "A black van pulled up two spaces from us to the left and they're guards from TCRI! Get back here, please...!"
"I'm just finishing up, I'll be out in a second. What are they doing? Can you tell anything?"
"Ummm." She kept her voice in a hushed tone. "From what I can tell they're looking at a file...", she gulped.
"And? What is it?" Raph snapped. "Hello?"
