I didn't want each episode to be each day, I wanted there to be a week or a few days between episode because otherwise it would have taken ages for the 2 to get together according to the timeline I have set out. I also didn't want to go into the detail for each day so for her first week I have just done a summary.

Aurora apologised for her crying in the elevator the day before, but Mark deems it forgotten and he smiles because he remembered that for just a moment he got to hug her, hold her. He felt a connection between them and although he didn't say anything about it, he hoped she felt it too. She did. The entirety of Auroras first week, she is on Marks service and surprisingly she enjoyed it. Mark spent the whole week in attempt to win the blonde over, talking, getting to know her, flirting and making her laugh. During her week on plastics with Mark, she also got the chance to be a part of some amazing surgery's and Mark admired her skill, her passion for medicine. He complimented her on her skill "excellent work." , "you are so talented", they locked eyes occasionally throughout the week, staring at each other for just a moment before Aurora would go back to pretending it didn't happen, pretending they weren't just inches away from one another, pretending she didn't feel the connection between them too.

She sat with him and Callie in the cafeteria nearly everyday except when Mark sat with Derek and she had so much fun, she loved being around them. Due to her incident in the elevator, he avoided asking her to joes as to not pressure her, this however didn't stop him from casually flirting with her now and then. She had indeed spent the whole week on his service so the flirting was expected, to her own surprise, Aurora occasionally flirted back. She liked it, she was happy that she'd found 2 amazing friends in just her first week, this comforted her. Her and Callie had grown so close in this week, gave advice and helped each other, they felt they knew one another quite well and had made plans to go for drinks on the coming Sunday so the end of Aurora first week. Aurora opened up to Callie how she did indeed find Mark extremely good looking from the moment that they met but decided to wait to get to know him if anything did happen between them. Aurora still experienced moments where she missed England but Seattle was her home now, England is in the past for her. Seattle was her present and future, she knew this was where she was meant to be.

Aurora also had a work with one of her interns, Joesph. Let me recap what happened:

"Dane, a word." The resident announces with a stern voice and she moves herself away from the others, Mark glances over to her from a distance. The intern follows her.

"Okay. I get it, you're nervous, scared to do something wrong or say something wrong. I know you have skill I've seen it, Dr Sloan has seen it. You are talented, I know you know this stuff. I need to see you answering questions or asking to scrub in on surgeries with me. We can't see the level of your skill if you don't put yourself out there. I get that it's hard, I was just like you when I started but I then realised that to be a better intern I needed to do things that scared me, so I did and I became the best intern in class. I know you are better than this, just please try to put yourself out there. Am I understood?"

"Yes,  thank you Dr Quinn." The intern replies a little scared. The resident dismisses him and she begins to walk towards Dr Sloan who is confused as in to what just happened.

"What was that about?" He asks

"Just me telling my shy intern to put himself out there because I know he has skill, I just want to see it. So from now on he will be answering more questions and doing things that scare him, just like I had to when I was an intern." Her voice because quieter towards the end of her sentence to the point of a whisper.

"Hopefully he'll listen, which he should because you are an excellent resident for looking out for him." The attending locks eyes with her and smiles.

Still looking at one another the blonde says "thank you, Dr Sloan." Before she quickly looks away  and walks off, without knowing that Callie watches their interaction from a different sensing some tension.
