You and Lynette both had the same classes in the morning, so when the bell rang indicating that it was now lunch, you invited Lynette to join you with your other two friends, Kirara and Kokomi.
Lynette follows you to the cafeteria. When you arrive, you say Kirara and Kokomi sitting at a table, talking to one another. You glance back at Lynette, raising your hand and gesturing for her to follow you as you quickly strode over to the table. Kirara and Kokomi were talking, but they ceased their discussion when they saw you.
"Oh hey, [Name]." Kirara smiles as she waves to you. Kokomi and Kirara bring their attention over to Lynette. "Who is this?" Kirara asked as she tilted her head slightly.
"This is Lynette. I met her during homeroom, and she doesn't really have anyone to hang out with." You explain. Kirara and Kokomi looked at each other before looking back at you and Lynette. "Is it alright if she joins us?"
"Of course, she can. I don't see why not." Kokomi replied. You watch as Lynette's eyes light up slightly, but her face remains neutral. It seemed like Lynette was finally happy that she was able to be accepted by others. You and Lynette sit down at the table.
"So, what were you guys talking about before?" You asked, attempting to join in the conversation.
"We were just talking about the popular group." Kokomi informs. You were a bit confused. The popular group?
