YEAR: 1969

Ringo had still been gone, and no one has made an effort to bring him back. So I finally took charge and tried to bring him back. I decided to give him a call one day when Paul took the kids out to a movie.
"Hello?" he answered.
"Ringo, its Michelle,"
"What do ye want?"
"You've been gone for months! When are ye comin back?"
"Probably never,"
"Why?"
"CAUSE YER HUSBAND TREATS ME LIKE SHIT!"
"What does he do?"
"He treats me like I'm nothing. Like I'm totally useless,"
"Well then ye should at least try to work it out," I tried defending Paul.
"I've been tryin but he doesn't treat me any different,"
"I'll talk to him. If he agrees to treat ye better, will ye consider comin back?"
"I'll think about it"
"Thank ye Richie,"

As I hung the phone up, Paul walked through the door with the kids; they all seemed happy as can be.

"Hey," I smiled.
"Hey mummy," Mary replied.
"How was the movie?" I asked.
"Silly, daddy was really funny," Mary replied.
"What did ye see?" I laughed.
"Help!" Paul said.
"Oh, I thought that left theaters 4 years ago,"
"We go to private shows, love. They were more than happy to play it for us,"
"I've still never seen it,"
"Its really funny mummy," Mary said walking into the living room.
"How did ye like it Stella?" I asked while talking her out of Paul's arms.
"Good!"
"That's good," I chuckled. I walked into the living room and put Stella on her mat. I sat down on the couch to watch Stella. Martha hopped onto the couch and worked her way under my arm. "Very subtle Mart," she sat up an licked my face. "Down girl," I chuckled.
"Hey mum,"
"Yeah, Heather?"
"Can we go swimming?"
"Does Mary wanna swim too?" she nodded, "alright, then both of ye, get yer suits on,"
"Thanks mum,"
"Mhmm," I said while picking Stella up off the ground. I walked up to Stella's room to get her changed into her bathing suit. When she was all dressed I sat her on her floor so she could play while I got changed. When I was done I went back into her room to pick her up and bring her downstairs. "Paul, would ye like to join us in the pool?"
"It's a little cold isn't it?"
"Paul...we have an indoor pool..."
"I know, I was joking. I'd love to join. I'll be down in a few,"
"Alright," As I walked into the pool area, Mary and Heather were waiting for me. "Ye guys can get in now if ye want,"
"Yay!" They cheered as they hopped into the pool. I walked into the shallow end and placed Stella in a little floating toy, so her feet dangled in as she sat in the floaty. I walked around the pool, pushing Stella in her floaty. Mary and Heather splashed around and swan in the shallow end.
"Girls, make sure ye don't go in the deep end,"
"Alright mum," the girls spoke in unison. Soon Paul walked in with his swim trunks and walked into the pool. We all swam around for about an hour or so until Stella fell asleep, so I got out and sat in a chair, with her sleeping in my arms. Paul got out as well and we took turns holding Stella.
"Paul, we need to talk,"
"About what?" he asked while drying his hair off.
"Ringo, for him to come back, ye need to treat him better,"
"What's that suppose to mean?"
"Ye need to treat him with respect!"
"Well we don't need him,"
"Paul ye have 3 kids to support! Ye can't stop workin!"
"Fine! I'll talk to him,"
"Now!"
"Alright, alright," he said while walking into the living room. When he was on the phone, Stella woke up, and she was cranky.
"GIRLS OUT OF THE POOL!"
"Okay," they pouted.
"Go to yer rooms and get changed. Lunch will be ready in 30 minutes,"
"Kay," they spoke in unison again. They tracked water throughout the house as they walked up to their rooms. I walked into the kitchen to get Stella her food. As I placed the bottle in her mouth Paul walked in with a smile on his face.
"Did Ringo agree to rejoin?"
"Yes, he did,"
"That's great," I looked to Stella and continued feeding her, "so when are ye leavin for India?"
"Next month,"
"I'm gonna miss ye,"
"I'm gonna miss ye too,"
"I love ye," I began crying.
"I love ye too," he grabbed my waist and gave me a kiss on the forehead. "I love ye, and I will never stop lovin ye,"

The boys left for India a month later, and it was rough on us all. This was the longest time that Yoko was away from John., and I don't think that she was enjoying it. I was use to taking care of more than one kid on my own, so Lucy and Jude came to me a lot, looking for help with their kids.

"Michelle!" Jude yelled, walking through my front door, holding a sleeping Dhani in her arms.
"What? This is the third time this week. Ye need to start callin in advance,"
"I know, I'm sorry, I just need help!"
"Jude, ye need to learn how to take care of yer own kid. George is gonna leave a lot, he's famous for god sake!"
"I know," she cried, "sorry,"
"OH MY GOD YE ARE NOT PREGNANT AGAIN!"
"My god no, why would ye think that?"
"Cause yer not this emotional unless yer pregnant," I laughed.
"Please, I can barley handle Dhani, I could never have another kid,"
"Ye can't handle Dhani,"
"Yeah..."
"Here, let me take him," I said while grabbing him from her arms.
"What about Stella?" she asked.
"She's sleepin,"
"Where are Mary and Heather?"
"Watchin the telly," I began walking towards the kitchen, "what kind of formula does he take?"
"He doesn't," he whispered.
"Ye haven't weaned him yet?"
"No,"
"Ye should," I said handing Dhani back to her. "Put her on Stella's mat if ye want,"
"Livin room right?"
"Mhmm," I said while walking to the couch.
"Hey auntie Jude," Heather said.
"Hey Heather," she put Dhani down, "how have ye been?" she said walking over to the couch and gave her a hug. "I didn't forget about ye Mary,"
"DON'T TOUCH HER!"
"Why not?"
"She's sick,"
"Then why is she down here with everyone?"
"Cause, she's a 5 year old, she needs constant entertainment. She doesn't get that from her room,"
"Yer a good mum," she chuckled.
"Sod off,"
"Hey Mich, can I ask ye a favor,"
"Of course,"
"Would ye mind if I lived here, ye know until George comes back,"
"I guess, I could use a little help,"
"I wanna live here cause I need help," she laughed.
"And I will help ye, if ye help me,"
"Deal,"

Those 4 months flew by, and before I knew it, Paul was back. Lucy, Jude, Yoko, all the kids, and I all waited at the airport the day they were suppose to come back. One by one, they poured out of the plane. First was John, Yoko ran to him and wrapped her arms around him. Next was Ringo, Zak ran to him and wrapped his arms around his legs, then Lucy tiredly walked over and gave him a tight hug. Next was George, Jude ran over to him, Dhani in her arms. George took Dhani from her hands and hugged him, then he hugged Jude and gave her a quick kiss. Then out came Paul, my beautiful Paul. Heather and Mary ran to him, Stella tried walking to him, and I walked with Stella. When I got to Paul, I wrapped my arms around him and began crying.

"I missed ye so much,"
"I missed ye too daddy," Mary, smiled.
"I missed ye more," Heather fought.
"I miss ye lots," Stella struggled to say.
"And I missed all of ye so much," he placed a kiss on each of the kids heads and he planted a long kiss on my lips.
"Paul,"
"Yeah?"
"Shave the side burns," I chuckled.
"Love ye too,"
Paul grabbed my waist and we began walking out of the airport.
"So how many songs did ye write?"
"A whole album,"
"That's great,"
"Not really,"
"Why not?" I became confused.
"Cause after this album, John's leavin, The Beatles are comin to an end Mich,"
"They can't," I began crying.
"We'll still have lots of money love,"
"Paul, it's not about the money, its about the music. The greatest band ever, the band that made the biggest impact on music, is endin. That just breaks my heart,"
"We're makin one more movie. A documentary,"
"Its gonna be filmed while were makin Abbey Road,"
"That's the name of the album?"
"Well our last one, we wrote two albums while we were away,"
"Oh," I sighed, "what's the name of the documentary?"
"Let It Be."
