We took a little while to process our good news and decided that until we had had the chance to see an OBGYN we would keep it too ourselves. I showered and got myself ready to meet the others for lunch while Damian got everything together so that we could have a relaxed evening before heading onto Charlotte, North Carolina in the morning.

"You ready to go meet Rhea and Dom for lunch? Or did you want to give it a miss?" Damian asked while I was putting my shoes on.

"I'm fine and to be honest I am just trying to relax until we have a chance to see the doctor and then we can take things from there. I just think we need to be careful that we don't let anything slip to anyone. I will tell the powers that be once we know dates and everything is good but no one else for now. Did you want to give lunch a miss then?"

"No. I just hope that the big grins we both have at the minute don't give us away." Damian smiled even bigger than before at me, took my hand in his and led me to lunch.

Rhea and Dom were already waiting for us once we reached the hotel restaurant and were happily chatting away to each other. "Remember we tell no one, not even Rhea." Damian whispered to me as Rhea noticed us and started waving like a mad woman.

"Not a one Papi. My lips are sealed." We waved back and joined them at the table.

"Hey guys, you good? I took the liberty of ordering your usual drinks for you, sparkling water for you D and a diet soda for you Soph." Dom instructed us as we took our seats, still smiling now we had processed the news.

"Are you ok Soph? You're sat over there looking as though you are auditioning to play the Cheshire cat." Rhea asked, brows furrowed in confusion before looking to Damian and continuing. "Come to think about it, it feels as though we are having lunch with the Joker and Harley Quinn. Are you sure you are both ok? What have you been doing to make you both grin like that?"

I bit my lip and turned to Damian knowingly. "Actually forget I asked, I don't think I want to know." Rhea finished with a slight look of disgust on her face. Just at that point the Waiter joined us, I suppose you could say that we were saved by the bell.

"Are you ready to order?" We all nodded, placed our orders and the rest of lunch went by smoothly with Rhea and Dom both thinking we were smiling due to any sexual escapades we had had that morning and neither of us were about to correct them. Not for now anyway.

Before returning to the room I decided to nip out to a little hobby store I had seen not far from the hotel and grab a few bits to keep myself entertained for the evening. Damian had planned that we were going to have a quiet relaxed evening together with a movie and no alcohol while browsing the internet to find a OBGYN who could fit me in as soon as we land Monday.

We got everything together that we needed and were ready to settle for the night. "Why don't you pick the movie Papi? I just have one thing left to sort out." Damian nodded in agreement and put a movie on while I went to my carry on bag and pulled out a hook, pattern and wool before sitting next to him.

"What have you got there Mija?"

"Wool."

"I can see that but why?"

"I'm a seamstress, you didn't think that a sewing machine was the only way I was able to make clothes did you?" I cheekily grinned at him while casting on my black wool to my crochet hook. I passed the pattern to Damian. "Take a look. It's a little cardigan with matching hat and booties. I thought I could do black and purple. What do you think?"

"I think Mija that you are amazing." Damian kissed me. "Wonderful." He kissed me again. "And you have absolutely nothing to worry about when it comes to whether or not you are going to love our child." He kissed me again and placed a gentle hand on my tummy.

I spent the rest of the evening crocheting and made a good start on the cardigan while Damian massaged my feet in between watching the movie and asking me how I felt every 5 minutes. I could get used to this.
