MISSED

Harmony hurried into the restroom, then splashed cold water on her face. A few deep breaths and counts of five, her body slowly calmed down.

Not only was it hard for her to see Rowan, but Detra being with him made her heart drop. The same woman he claimed he didn't want was arm and arm with him.

Harmony knew she had no right to be upset since she ended their relationship, but the pain was still felt....She missed him.

She took out her phone, deciding if she should call a cab or not. Her heart couldn't take seeing Rowan happy with someone else.

The restroom door opened, and she hurried into the furthest stall. There was no talking, no footsteps, no faucet running....nothing.

Did the person change their mind?

Harmony opened the stall, and Rowan stood in front of her with an intense stare. She gasped while he slowly pushed her back into the stall.

Once the door latched, he smiled.

"Hi darling. You look gorgeous."

"R-Rowan, you can't be in here. Where is your girlfriend?"

"I'm looking at her."

His lips softly kissed hers, and Harmony felt her body relax. The many nights she's dreamt of him made kissing him so satisfying.

Harmony pulled away. "But you're here with Detra."

"Yes, she is helping with a mission."

"A mission?"

"Yes, I've told you about those...remember."

Harmony stared into his eyes, letting every feeling and emotion she had for him flood her words.

"Rowan, I should've never pushed you away. My insecurities got the best of me, along with being blackmailed by Damien. I miss you so much and I'm really sorry."

Her eyes became glossy as she expressed her fears and regrets.

"Shhh...it's okay."

"It is?"

"Our time apart was me giving you space, not leaving you. There's nothing you can do to keep me away, Harmony."

"I was so mean..."

"It doesn't matter, love. I'm never letting you go."

"B-But why?"

Rowan's eyes glowed red.

"You're mine, Harmony, and there isn't anything you can do about it. You were made for me. Do you understand?"

Her eyes widened while her panties moistened. The way her body reacts to him still catches her off guard.

"Y-Yes Sir."

"And don't worry about Stacks. He's being taken care of. He can't blackmail you unless he's ready to be exposed. Trust me, he doesn't want that."

Tears filled her eyes. "I love you, Rowan."

"And I love you more, baby."

While their lips passionately connected, loud screams could be heard outside of the restroom. Rowan slowly pulled away, then smiled as his eyes went back to normal.

"Mission accomplished."

I walked out of the ladies' room with Harmony's hand in mine. Panic was in the dining area of the restaurant. People were yelling and crying while others were on the phone calling 911.
