Victoria looked up when someone finally entered the room and it was both of the officers from before, it was them both. Officer Park and Officer Davis as she was silently watching them. Most of her attention was on Davis, she knew that he could lose his shit at the drop of a hat and she didn't trust him in a contained environment.

"Victoria Kelton, right?" Officer Park asked and she said nothing, just silently looking down at the table. "Both of your parents are dead, your brother is now working for the biggest piece of shit in Lincoln City... and then, there is you." He noted as he was flipping through her file.

"What do you want with me?" Victoria asked slowly, her words deliberate and now she was keeping her eyes on the table, where her fingers were tapping out a rhythm and she was trying to keep herself calm.

"We want to know, anything that could help us with our investigation against your older brother and the others." Officer Park said as he closed the file and he put it down onto the table. "You may or may not know this, but Lincoln Dominion Bank was robbed not long ago. There was a group of powered people who took down two drones. One of them was taken out by unknown means, but the other was taken down by an Electric..."

"And if I may... What exactly makes you think that this has anything to do with me?" Victoria asked and she finally looked up at them again, once she was sure that her eyes weren't daring to change again.

"Because, you little bitch, this already powerful Electric was aided by a sudden and rather coincidental water main that burst, just outside of the fucking bank." Officer Davis snapped at her and he was slamming his hands down on the table and Victoria didn't flinch, her eyes still wide as she was looking at him.

"You haven't really changed at all, have you?" Victoria asked with an eerily cold tone in her voice, and Officer Davis looked surprised at the words.

"What is she talking about, Davis?" Officer Park asked and Victoria looked between the two of them, before she was shaking her head at the words and her eyes flashed. "Davis?" Officer Park asked.

"Oh, you didn't know?" Victoria asked as she casually leaned back in her chair. "Officer Davis here, is responsible for my hatred of hospitals and for my fear of losing people." She stated as she had a humorless smile on her face, it looked like a shark-like grin. "He was the one who killed my unarmed mother and my younger brother, when I was 9 years old."

Davis had to be dragged from the room by multiple officers as he had attempted to charge for Victoria, even attempting to jump over the table and silently she was lowering her head, feeling pain spreading through her. Victoria looked down at her hands and when she blinked, blood was coating them and she squeezed her eyes shut tightly as she took a few deep breaths. When she slowly opened her eyes again, the flashback was over and the blood was gone.

Someone opened the door and Victoria's eyes narrowed when she saw Officer Park standing there, until he moved to the side and she saw that Connor and Tommy were both behind him and waiting for her. Victoria got up silently and she walked quickly out of the room, not waiting as she was freaked out and it was obvious.

Victoria was shaking as she was leaning her head against Tommy, who moved his arms around her silently. "The aggressive cop back there, he..." Tommy started to explain it to Connor, before he stopped and looked down at Victoria. "Tori, can I tell him?" Tommy asked and she nodded briefly at the words, before Tommy sighed. "The aggressive cop Davis, he was the one who killed her mother and her younger brother, when she was a kid." He said.

"Jesus Christ." Connor muttered and Victoria took a deep breath, before she nodded and she let go of Tommy. "Why did he..."

"Because of my dad and Garrett, who were in the Pyske business long before Sutcliffe took over." Victoria interrupted, already knowing what Connor's question was going to be and she was shaking her head. "I don't want to talk about it." She said quietly and she was starting to walk down the street quickly, not waiting for anybody else.

Tommy and Connor ran to catch up to her and she was looking over her shoulder, seeing a familiar red car and her eyes narrowed. "Garrett knows that you were in the police station, Connor, I hope that you didn't say anything." She said and Connor was glancing over at her, before she disappeared in a flash and there was only a puddle of water that remained.

Later that day, Jordan's knives nearly stabbed Connor and Tommy as they were swiftly now walking up the steps and she pulled them back to her quickly, catching them all in both of her hands. "Is she okay?" Tommy asked and Jordan sighed.

"If by okay, you mean that she hasn't moved in over five hours from sitting on her bed and staring at an old photo of herself, her mom and Jacob? Then yes, she is absolutely okay." At the words, Tommy sighed as he was shaking his head. "What the hell happened out there?" Jordan asked.

"She was stuck in an interrogation room with the same cop that killed them." Tommy explained and he glanced over at Connor. "Victoria took over the room that you used to use, so you should find another one." He said and Connor nodded slightly, before he continued up the stairs and walked into the house.

Connor walked through the mansion silently and he looked into the old room, to see that Victoria was indeed staring down at an old photo.

Connor knocked on the open door and she was looking up, blinking briefly at the sight of him.

Since he didn't suddenly lose the ability to live, Connor took it as an indication that he wasn't going to get killed if he walked into the room. Connor looked down at the photo over her shoulder as he was smiling briefly at it. "You look like her." Connor noted and she was looking over at him.

"I couldn't save her." Victoria said quietly and her hands were trembling and she put the photo onto the bedside table, before she accidentally broke it.

"What do you mean?" Connor asked as she was looking at him, before he saw that tears were welling up in her eyes again.

"I didn't have control. I couldn't work with blood yet, I had barely mastered water and when she was bleeding out in front of me... I couldn't do anything." Victoria looked down at her hands and then when she looked down at them, for a brief moment, she could see the blood and feel it. She could feel her fingers and they were slick with blood, her family's blood. Victoria slammed her eyes shut and she was shaking.

"You were... You were only a kid, how the hell could you have done anything?" Connor asked and she took a deep breath, and tears continued to fall.

Victoria was silently opening her eyes and she was wiping at her eyes quickly, before she shook her head. "I have spent the last 13 years, trying to figure out what the hell Garrett and my father had expected me to do, to save my mom and my brother." She said.

"What did they want you to do?" Connor asked quietly and she looked up at him as she shook her head.

"They had just wanted me dead, ideally instead of Jacob, my little brother and my mother." Victoria said quietly as she shook her head.

"Jesus Christ, Tori." Connor muttered and she was shaking her head. "Are you okay?"

"I'm alive." Came the sharp reply as she looked over at him and Connor met her gaze silently, his eyes steady and she was shaking her head. "No. No, I guess that I'm not okay."

"Did you want a hug?" Connor asked hesitantly and Victoria was looking at him as she looked at the open arms, before she moved closer and his arms closed around her. Victoria returned the hug quietly and she was continuing to cry silently and then while he was unsure when exactly he had become a sort of confidant for her, he was not entirely opposed to the whole idea of it all.
