it was a rather peaceful work day in dragonspine, his latest experiment was going successfully as planned, grabbing the clipboard and jotting down some note as he observed his experiment, this was the only time it'd work, he'd have to pay close attention- that was until he heard a echo, something was slammed against the floor, he quickly whipped his head around in shock.
you slammed your bag onto the floor and removed the hood of your cloak, "sorry." you muttered and weirdly, you seemed out of the mood.
"is everything alright there?" he looked at you with a startled look, calm and reserved, albedo is a very respectful and gentle man after all.
"...yes-yes i am it's nothing." you shrugged it off and quietly snuck to a corner in the cave, you hugged your knees and zoned out, coldly staring at the dark concrete-like floor.
albedo was a very observing person, he didn't even need to bat an eye to notice you were not your usual self, he held a stern gaze upon you but looked back at his experiment.
he sighed and put down the clipboard. "i have all the time in the world." he convinced himself as he shut down the experiment. the materials of his boots clanked against the floor as he slowly strolled towards the spot you were sitting down on.
