Ninjago: The Yellow Ninja

I'm the key?!

I woke up to Lloyd, Cole and the others hovering over me. My vision was still a bit blurry but, I could see their heads clearly. 

'She's awake!' Nya gasped. 

My vision cleared up and the other small look worried. I lifted myself up and rested my head on the pillow. I was in my room with Lloyd. 

'Drink, it'll  make you feel better.' Wu said. I could tell it was healing tea. I smiled as master Wu handed to me. 

'You okay Angel? You gave us a huge scare.' Lloyd asked me worried. 

'I'm fine.' I said surprisingly strongly. 'But, what exactly happened?' I asked. 

'Well, you said you heard voices telling us to go back. But you didn't say where.' Kai said. 

'The voices didn't tell me. They just said go back.' I replied. Then, master Wu came up. 

'Apparently we need to go back to the Temple of Masters.' Wu said. 

'Temple of Masters? Why would we wanna go back there?' Jay asked. 

'Because that's where it all started. That's where Chloe become the Diamond Master.' Wu said. 

'Makes sense.' I said. 

'We're in France now, so it should take us around three days to get there.' Zane said. 

'Well we better get going then.' Nya said. I nodded. 

'But, we did Chloe hear the voice? Why not any of us?' Cole asked. 

'Because she's the key. She is the only one that can harness the power of the gems altogether.' Wu said 

'But Lloyd is more powerful than me.' I said. 

'He is, but the only one that must remain, is you. The other ninja will stand beside you during the war, but they may not remain.' Wu said solemnly. 

I swear I wish that old man was less mysterious. 

'Okay...' I said. 

'PIXAL, Zane set course for the Temple of Masters. Cole check if we have the compass. Jay, Nya, and Kai make sure the gems are secure. I'm staying here with Angel.' I smiled at him and watched the others leave for their jobs. 

There was a slight silence between me and Lloyd. 

'You scared me. I thought I would lose you.' Lloyd said. 

'Lose me? Lloyd, I would never, ever leave you. Remember, when I told you I wouldn't leave you even if my life depended on it? Well, I won't. And this girl stands on her word.' I said placing a hand on his cheek. 

He leant his face into my hand and smiled. 

'Promise you'll be with me forever.' He said. 

'I swear.' I said. 

He moved closer to me and gave me a kiss. I embraced him and hugged his neck, kissing back. He licked my lips for entrance and I gave it to him. His tongue explored my whole mouth and slowly exited. We broke for air. 

Panting, he said, 'You still haven't lost your touch.' He smirked. 

'Did you take lessons from Kai?' I asked. 

'Maybe, maybe not.' Lloyd said. I smirked and kissed him again. 

'I love you.' I said hugging him. 

'That's the first time you said "I love you" first. But, I love you too.' He said. He kissed me again. 

'Dude that is the most we have ever kissed.' I joked. 

'I can give you more.' He smirked. I blushed. 

'How about after the war?' I asked. 

'Deal.' He said. 

'Guys! We found the compass, the gems are safe and we're on route to the Dark island.' Kai yelled from the doorway. 

'Get your asses over here!' Cole yelled. I laughed. 

'Can you walk?' Lloyd asked. 

'I can try.' I pulled myself off the bed and immediately lost my balance. Thank god Lloyd was there to catch me. 

'Easy does it.' He said. His hand was on my waist as  he didn't let go even when we got there. 

'Stone and Garmadon's army are planning a suspected ambush.' Zane said when we got there. 

'What?!' I yelled. 

'An ambush?' Lloyd asked. 

'Yes. We have reason to believe they want Chloe and the gems.' PIXAL said. 

'The  we must protect Chloe.' Master Wu said. 'And the gems' 

'No way! The gems are more  important than me. I can take care of myself.' I said letting go of Lloyd and immediately losing my balance. He caught me and gave me smirking glare. 

'Damn it.' I muttered. 

'I don't care. Chloe and the gems are connected. We are keeping both of the, safe.' Cole said. Lloyd nodded and I sighed. 

'Okay then. Kai, Jay, Nya you'll keep the gems safe. Cole, PIXAL and I are Chloe's bodyguards.' Lloyd said smiling at me. 

'Great. My boyfriend and brother and my best friend are my bodyguards.' I sighed. Everyone laughed. 

'Then we better prepare.' Wu said. 

'The war is most likely beginning.'
