Ninjago: The Yellow Ninja

Chapter 1: A Prophecy and A Trip to Jamanakai Village

The Ninja were all helping Master Wu organise his scrolls, which they found out as soon as they stepped into the scroll room. 

'What the heck?!' Jay yelled. 'Why do you have so many scrolls?!' He waved his hands semi-hysterically at the huge pile of scrolls in the room. One of them even reached the roof. 'In a lifetime as long as mine you tend to pick up some hobbies.' Wu said smiling to himself. Lloyd and the other snickered at Jay's reaction to what Wu said. He turned pale and slapped his forehead. 

'Now, might I suggest you begin organising my scrolls?' Wu suggested. Cole sighed and bang picking some scrolls. He set all the ones with 'Prophecies' in one section of the room and 'Dark Legends' in another. The others followed suit. 

'Where does this go, Uncle?' Lloyd asked holding up a scroll. 'Put that in the 'Previous Elemental Masters' section, nephew.' Lloyd went to the farthest corner of the room. This continued for a few minutes until Kai stepped on one of the stray scrolls. It looked... different from the other scrolls. 

'What's this?' He asked Wu.

'Ah, that Kai is the prophecy of the Yellow Ninja.' Wu said dreamily. 

'Yellow Ninja?' Lloyd asked from behind Kai. His green eyes were staring at the scroll. 

'Yes.' Wu took the scroll from Kai and unfurled it delicately. Jay, Cole, Nya and Zane were all standing next to Kai and Wu waiting for him to gehun reading the scroll. 

'The Yellow Ninja is the destined saviour of Ninjago. Destined to bring down a large force of evil and destined to have power that matches the Green Ninja's.' Wu said. Before he could continue reading however Kai interrupted. 

'Wait, have power that matches the Green Ninja?' He asked. 'I thought only the First Spinjitzu Master had that sort of power!' Kai said. 

'Yes, but this young woman will be the next to have that power.' Wu said clearly ignoring the perplexed looks of his students. 

'Woman?' Nya asked hopefully. 'Awesome! Another girl on the team!' She said fist-punching into the air. 

'When is the Yellow Ninja going to come?' Zane asked. 

'That, is a question for destiny itself.' Wu said. There was but a second of silence before the alarm sounded. The Ninja glanced at each other. 

'Well what're we waiting for?' Lloyd asked. The rushed out to the Bridge where PIXAL was already fidgeting with the buttons. 

'What now Pix? Skeleton armies? Snakes paying a visit to the surface world?' Kai asked pulling up a stance. 

'Nothing that bad Kai. Portals are opening up in Jamanakai Village. Thankfully no one got hurt. Yet.' PIXAL said. 

'All right guys. Let's pay a visit to Jamanakai.' Lloyd said pulling down his mask. 'NINJA-GO!' They yelled as they jumped off the Bounty and summoned their Elemental Dragons. Once they got low enough to see the village Nya let out a gasp. 

'This is bad!' She yelled. They landed in the center of the village and rushed out in teams to try and close the portals. 

'Zane, try shooting some ice towards that portal.' Lloyd said. Zane obeyed. The ice he shot surprisingly managed to close the portal! 

'Great. Now we know that elemental powers can close the portals up. Well just to what Zane did.' Cole said. They went in separate directions, Kai, Lloyd and Cole going to the south while Nya, Zane and Jay went to the north. 

Kai was busy closing one portal while Lloyd was busy closing another one next to it. Then, Cole said something. 

'Chloe!' He yelled. He rushed forward to a girl that had black hair with strands of blond mixed in. She was holding on to a pillar as tight as she could.
