Chapter 6: Lord Garmadon

The Ninja were now in the Bounty planning their next move. 

'Ugh! This is so dang hard!' Kai yelled. 

'Indeed, but if we do not devise a suitable plan, we might not be ready when the Crystal warriors attack again.' Zane said.

 Chloe and Lloyd were just standing in a corner while the others were busy working. 

'Hey, do you think we'll ever get a plan in?' Chloe asked.

'Knowing how everyone on this ship is dumb except for Zane and Nya... no.' Lloyd said bluntly. 

Chloe chuckled. The fact that they were going on a day tomorrow was too much for either of them to handle. But, they decided to keep it cool. 

The others were busy blabbering out ideas which were as stupid as the next.

'How about we hide the bounty underwater and make huge slingshots to throw at the Crystal warriors?' Jay suggested. 

'Oh, and if we hide the bounty underwater how the heck are we supposed to get it out?!' Cole yelled. 

'I agree, and the Crystal warriors don't seem to be affected by anything other than Elemental Powers.' Zane added. 

Voices were overlapping and the noise was becoming too loud for Chloe to handle. 

'ENOUGH!' She yelled at the top of her voice. The room became quiet and everyone turned to look for the source of the yell. 

'If you guys keep in acting like year old we're never getting a plan.' She said. 

'Then what do we do?' Lloyd asked walking up next to her. 

'We organise.' Chloe said slamming the blueprints of the Bounty onto the table. She had a smirk on her face. 

'Okay, where did you get that?' Cole asked. 

'Cyrus Borg lent it to me. He said that it might prove useful if the Bounty gets destroyed for the umpteenth time.' Chloe said. 

'So, that's why you dragged me to Borg Tower.' Lloyd said. Chloe nodded. 

'Cole, Zane, and Kai will be standing here.' She said pointing to the right side of the bounty. 

'Jay, Nya and PIXAL will be here.' Pointing to the left side of the ship. 

'Sensei Wu, Misako and Mini- Pix Willie be here.' She jabbed at the center of the deck. 

'Where will you and Lloyd be?' Cole asked. 

'We'll be at the bow.' Chloe said.

'The very front? But that's too dangerous! Empress Stone wants you both!' Nya said. 

'Exactly. We'll be bait. The rest of you will attack from your post using Spinjitzu. And Elemental powers of course.' Chloe said. 

'Sounds foolproof.' Kai said. 

'Yeah, what could possibly go wrong?' Jay said. He tried his best to hide his sarcasm but failed miserably. 

But everything could go wrong. And by everything Chloe meant everything. 

(Time skip) 

The sun was going to go down soon, and everyone were already waiting at their posts. Well sort of. 

Lloyd was dozing off, Cole and Jay were already asleep, Chloe was half-asleep, Zane was scanning something, PIXAL was assisting him, Master Wu was drinking tea with Misako, Nya and Kai were bickering about some random things. 

As soon as Chloe's as about to fall asleep on Lloyd's shoulder she heard thumps. Big loud thumps. 

'Huh? Guys...' Chloe said staring up at what seemed to be everyone's worst nightmare. Lloyd was awake and was staring up as well. 

'What the heck?!' He yelled. 

'That's impossible!' Cole yelled. 

'This is bad... this is really really bad.' Jay said. 

Lord Garmadon was standing next to Empress Stone, holding her hand in the midst of a million crystal warriors. 

'F-father?' Lloyd spluttered.

But there wasn't even a bit of recognition on his face. Neither in Empress Stone's. 

'I thought he was in the Departed Realm!' Kai yelled. 

'Yeah, well apparently he escaped!' Chloe yelled. 

'We need to leave.' Wu said. 

'What? But Master Wu, we can't just leave. This is evil Garmadon and his so called girlfriend! No offence Misako.' Cole said. 

'None taken.' 

'Master Wu is right. We should leave or else they Keith be able to get onto the bounty and arrived in Ninjago city.' Zane said. 

'Captains? What do you think?' Kai asked. Chloe and Lloyd had been given the responsibility of making the entire team this begin given the name captain. 

Chloe glance at Lloyd. He seemed to be thinking what she was thinking. 

'We leave. Now!; Chloe yelled. 

'Hit the gas Nya!' Jay yelled. Nya punched it and they flew off to Ninjago city sending the bounty upwards.

'You'll pay for everything you've done Green and Yellow Ninjas!' They heard Garmadon yell for, below them. Chloe looked at Lloyd. 

His green eyes were close to the brink of tears. Chloe saw Nya nodding tough the corner of her eye. 

'Come on greenie. Let's get you to your room.' Chloe said placing an arm on his shoulder. Lloyd gave in. She took him to his room hugging him all the way and sat him on his bed next to her. 

'You okay Lloyd?' Chloe asked him in the same sweetness he had when she was down. 

'No. My father is back and this time not the Sensei Garmadon he was. The evil lord Garmadon. I-I just can't bear to see him like this again.' Lloyd said. 

Tears began to fall down. 

'Don't cry. I'm here for you and I always will be.' Chloe said hugging his waist. 

Lloyd returned the hug tightly neatly squeezing Chloe but she didn't mind. 

'Really?' 

'Really. Through it all.' She said. 

'When you're feeling down..'  she sang. Lloyd smiled. 

'I'll be there for you...' he continued.

'Just hold my hand tight, I'll be close to you...'  Chloe sang 

'I'll be by your side even I if I need to be there for a thousand years...' Lloyd sang

'We'll be together till the end, and nothing will hold us apart...'  They ended together. After that they laughed. 

'Our little song.' Lloyd said smiling. 

'Our little song.' Chloe repeated. She hugged Lloyd tight again. 

'I'm excited for our day tomorrow.' Lloyd said. 

'Me too.' Chloe said. There was a silence. 

'*Ti amo, Chloe Stone.' Lloyd said in Italian. 

(* ti amo- I love you)

'*Je t'aime aussi.' Chloe said in French. 

(* je t'aime aussi- I love you too)

They cuddled together the rest of the day and waited for their date tomorrow.  Who know what'll  happen? I for one am excited.'
