- this due to the fact she had to rule over a kingdom, or kings landing, in ashes after her Mother burned half of it down in her rage after Aenaera and Myissandei got taken by Cersei. Aenaera escaped the fate Cersei had planned for her with the help of Jaime Lannister, who she later, after hesitation, asks to be her hand. This is ofcourse after she witnesses Jon killing her mother. Right after the fall of kings landing she banishes Jon Snow to the wall and refuses to let the North be an independent kingdom: claiming she would've agreed had a stark not killed her mother. Quickly after she struggles a lot with the loss of her entire family, during which Yara, Tyrion and Jaime had to rule in her name. Only Drogons sudden return caused her spark to come back
