Nico's P.O.V
Ariel and I were just talking on the beach, when I asked her, "Do you want to go on a date with me?" "Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm way too young to have a boyfriend. We can still be friends." She replied as we walked to Thalia's tree. "A long time ago, a girl named Thalia and her friends Annabeth, Grover, and Luke were almost to camp when a Cyclops attacked. Thalia sacrificed herself to save her friends. That's why mortals and monsters can't enter camp." I said as we stood by the tree. "Wow, who is her godly parent?" Ariel said as we walked to the Poseidon cabin.
"Zeus, do you want to meet her?" I said. "Sure," Ariel said as we walked to Zeus' cabin. I knocked on the door and said, "It's Nico, Percy's sister Ariel wants to meet you." A girl with black hair answered the door. "Hey I'm Thalia, nice to meet you Ariel." She said. "Nice to meet you too Thalia. How long have you known Percy?" Ariel asked Thalia. "Five years. He is a really nice guy. He's treated my best friend very good for the past two years." She replied, "Speaking of which, where is Percy?" "At the beach with Annabeth." The horn blew for dinner. "I'll go get the lovebirds." Ariel said as she walked toward the beach. Ariel's P.O.V
I snuck up on Annabeth and Percy on the beach. I tiptoed behind them and said, "Boo!!!" Annabeth screamed at the top of her lungs while I was laughing. "What the heck, Ariel!! You scared the shit out of us!!" Percy yelled at me.
"Sorry, Percy. I thought that it would be funny if I scared you and Annabeth." I said sincerely. "Well you thought wrong," Percy said," I'm not talking to you for the rest of the night." He walked towards the pavilion.
