Wonwoo begrudgingly woke up due to the slither of light coming through the part of his hotel window that the curtain had missed. He groaned and tried to sit up but was stopped by an arm around his waist. In that moment Wonwoo remembered the events of the previous night, peeking under the sheets and noticing that neither of them were wearing clothes. He cursed himself inwardly and almost slapped himself across the face. Wonwoo slowly manoeuvred out of Mingyu's grasp and made his way to the bathroom to wash his face. As he pat his face dry with a towel, the door opened revealing a half asleep, shirtless Mingyu.

"Mm morning Won." Mingyu mumbled, wrapping his arms around Wonwoo's waist from behind, placing his face in the nook of Wonwoo's neck. "You okay? Does your butt feel better?"

"God Mingyu it's the morning have some decorum." Wonwoo shrugged him off causing Mingyu to giggle.

"Sorry babe." Wonwoo blushed at the pet name, looking away from him. Mingyu spun Wonwoo around, hands around his waist still, but this time they were face to face. "God I've missed you"  Mingyu breathed in his scent, gripping his waist tighter this time.

"What are you doing-" Wonwoo yelped at the sudden motion of Mingyu picking him up and placing him on the counter. "Mingyu-" He was cut off by Mingyu placing kisses on his neck. Wonwoo melted under his touch, giving in to everything Mingyu wanted.

"Promise me..." Mingyu suddenly said and Wonwoo listened intently for what was coming next. "Promise me you'll leave him."

"Mingyu-" Wonwoo started. "I can't"

"I promise you, I'll get a promotion soon... Namjoon's been hinting at it... I can get us a better life." Wonwoo's eyes glistened listening to Mingyu. "I promise I can." Mingyu looked into his eyes and Wonwoo almost broke down then and there.

"Okay."

"Really?!"

"Yes." Just as he was about to kiss him, Mingyu's phone that was next to him on the counter went off.

"Seriously?" Mingyu said angrily looking at his phone but his mood instantly changed once he saw who it was. "Minghao.." he whispered, instantly picking up the phone. "Hello?"

Wonwoo rolled his eyes at the sight, Mingyu standing between Wonwoo's legs but picking up a call from the person Wonwoo despised the most when it came to his relationship with Mingyu.

"Mingyu" Minghao sobbed through the phone. "My fucking heart, it's broken"

"What?!" Mingyu asked concerned. "Were you seeing someone?"

"The love of my life just broke my heart." Minghao managed to say without choking.

"Don't worry as soon as my plane touches down I'll come see you." Mingyu reassured him and Wonwoo just groaned silently. "I'll get there fast okay?" And with that, the call ended.

"Gosh.." Mingyu sighed, placing both his hands on either side of the counter shaking his head.

"I just remembered I have to call Jun." Wonwoo broke the silence, escaping Mingyu's cage. This was of course a lie but seeing Mingyu that worked up over Minghao did something to Wonwoo's heart, he felt 17 again, the same way he felt when he was stood up on his own birthday.

Wonwoo heard the shower turn on, and with that indication, he slowly began packing his suitcase. Once he was done he gently knocked on the bathroom door.

"Mingyu... Minhyun asked me to meet up with him so I'll go now, see you at the airport." Wonwoo didn't even wait for a response, exiting the room as quickly as he could.

Wonwoo was seated next to Minhyun on the plane this time, much to his relief. Once the plane touched down they all headed to baggage pickup and waited for their luggages to come by. Wonwoo had blanked out a bit, staring into the abyss as he thought about his relationship with Mingyu. As long as they were together there would forever be three in the relationship, and Mingyu, like clockwork would pick Minghao every time. Four years had changed absolutely nothing, he still couldn't be content with having only Wonwoo. His thoughts were interrupted by a tap on his shoulder.
