Days passed by and he never came.

It's been a week since he had pecked me on the lips. He didn't meet me Or call me. But Chris who was with me was moving out today.

That was the most bad thing for me.

My health was more blooming than before and Chris thought to move out.

"My stay with you was the most overwhelming. I mean staying up late at night, watching series and munching up are the things I did before. I was a clean guy before meeting you. " He said while packing his bags.

"You're no fun then. " He chuckled.

"Seriously rather than living in a Mansion this small little apartment is more cute. "

"That's why I love apartments more than mansions. " I said.

"It would be fun if you stayed back more". I said sulking up.

" I would love to Lily but you should have your privacy and I would visit you regularly" He said bidding me.

We exchanged our hugs and goodbyes. It was more lonely after Chris left.

It's still early and I have no zizz left. Maybe I should go for a morning walk. I wore my tracksuit and jogged out.

This is heaven. Breathing fresh morning air is the best.

"Hi." I turned around to the source of the voice. I stopped and looked at the person who stood beside me.

"I'm sorry, I don't recognize you. "

"Oh yeah, I haven't introduced myself, right? I'm Jacob. Your neighbor. " He said.

"Oh Hi. It's nice to meet you. " I said.

"It's good to see someone new here. It's a doom neighborhood so only seniors are here. "

I looked around and saw a bunch of elderly people walking around.

"But it's nice here, the people are understanding and caring towards you. "

"Anyways I gotta new partner for a morning walk. " We talked and jogged together.

He's not so bad usually your neighbours are creepy so.

Anyway, we need to get ready for another climb to rock I mean the job.

Today nothing had happened. No work pressure or anything. Is it the calm before the storm?

"Ms.Rose you've been appointed as Mr.Carter's assistant. " She said giving me an envelope. A gasp left my mouth as the words left her mouth.

"I didn't even apply for it. I mean suddenly. "

"You need to report to Mr. Carter's cabin now. " She said keeping the envelope on my desk.

"I... What do I have to say? " I asked being nervous.

"He just said you to come in his office. I don't know what you are going to say. " She said turning away.
