18.Ignorance

Sometimes we regret everything that happened in our lives.

Why  was I born?, I should have died when I got the chance.

Some things are meant to hurt and kill you with that curiosity of WHY.

Well here I am in an unfamiliar room and no one beside me and it makes me feel bad.

I know he carried me to his house but he can't stay with me and coo me a little.

Does he regret having sex with me? Because he was the one that asked me.

I had a shirt around me and it smelled like him. The dark leather and smoke lingers on his shirt.

I looked beside me and there was a note kept.
I read it.

I'm sorry lil cat I had to rush over to the office. You can shower and there are extra clothes for you and go downstairs you will meet Adri.

Adri that rings some bells. He did tell me he had a caretaker equal to his guardian.

I freshened up and he had kept some clothes that matched my taste and size.

Psychotic bastard.

I headed down towards the kitchen and met a woman.

She was in her forties. A beautiful caretaker and a bastard creep. How does she manage him?

"Hey Lily, I'm Adri. Zaeden must've told you about me. " She said bringing a plate full of morning delicacies.

She's comfortable with me which means she sees me as an equal person. Gosh, that surprising.

"Yes, Zaeden did tell me about you but not much. " I said licking my lips in awe as I looked down at the plates.

"Well, Zaeden did tell me a whole lot of things about you. " She said as blood rushed to my cheeks.

"I'm sorry but Zaeden had to leave early but he said he has a meeting today and can't miss it. " She said.

" Oh shit I forgot Mr. Manuel was going to come. Fuck how can I forget something like that? " I said holding my head and looking for my phone.

" It's okay don't worry. " Adri said but still Zaeden didn't pay much attention towards the meeting.

Unbelievably he's a goddamn billionaire but how did he manage to do it even if he's not interested in meetings.

I opened the phone just to see a message popped.

From Zaeden:
Well don't worry lil cat I'm going to listen to all the meeting points and let you know by myself.

I smiled at his message and texted him back.

Me:
You better listen or I would kill you for that.

I closed my phone and ate the delicious breakfast made by Adri. I think I love her too.
