This is a book that I wrote years ago. It was my first novel and through it, I learned a lot about writing. I grew a lot too.

However, since then, I have outgrown these characters. Originally, I had a sequel planned since there was too much going on in the first book to wrap everything nicely. But now...

I don't think I have it in me to write this sequel.

HOWEVER, I have found my old planning document and I had a timeline of "what would happen next."

It's pasted below for those curious about what would've happened in book two (+ some stuff explaining the worldbuilding in book one that happens before it):

A billion or so years ago-An agreed experiment to bring different intelligent species together goes very wrong and causes mass genocide out of fear

A billion or so years ago-Cassilynyas were banished and stripped of their powers

A few thousand years ago-The descendants of the original Cassilynyans, Cassie's ancestors, begins planning the illicit experiment

1952-Cassie decides to take up the experiment and begins searching for the perfect targets

February 2011-Foxglove leaves the Place and is forced away from his sister

February 2011-Foxglove enters Earth for the first time, sent by Minra

June 2014-Foxglove leaves Earth

June 2014-Foxglove is sent to Faellie

2015-Allaira and Horizon first discover the Sheen

February 2016-Foxglove leaves Faellie

February 2016-Foxglove enters Shallngsea

Prologue

Around February 5-11, 2017-Horizon and Allaira have an urge to go into the Sheen but get pulled back by Allurie

Part One: Apart in Different Realms

Around February 4-10, 2018-Isla and Jasper get assigned the assignment

Around February 25-March 3, 2018-Allaira catches sight of Foxglove and feels unsettled by him

March 6, 2018-Horizon's 12th birthday

Around March 4-10, 2018-Allurie deems Horizon and Allaira ready to go through the Sheen

Isla and Jasper have a check-in with Ms. Valance

Around March 11-17, 2018-Jasper asks Isla for guidance; she opens up to her friends while Jasper comes out to his friends

Allaira and Horizon go through the Sheen and make their way to Fleur's house

Part Two: Together in the Same Realm

Around March 18-24, 2018-Isla and Jasper meet Horizon and Allaira and they decide to join their writing group

Jasper overhears a conversation about sexuality between his mom and Ms. Daher
