The two sat in the living room as Miyu silently watched Byeol sew together a new gown. After another day, Miyu almost felt like she could fully trust her; yet something still bothered her.
Byeol was extraordinary. She lived on her own in this big, beautiful cottage in the middle of the thick woods, she gardens and grows all of her own foods, she even had advice for almost every situation;
Yet she couldn't be older than ten years old..
"You've got something on your mind?"
That was the other thing. She always knew when Miyu had something to say.
"I... Uh." She stuttered, playing with her fingers in her lap.
Byeol took a deep breath, moving to sew the next section of the dress. "You know.. this may seem random to you, however.. I can tell you hold yourself to a high standard. What causes you to do so?"
Without looking away from what she was doing, Byeol continued after the silence. "I can't help but to believe it was learned behaviors from a young age."
"You are never wrong, Byeol." She sniffled a laugh. "Sometimes.. you have to take charge of things at a young age."
The fairy finally turned towards Miyu, raising her brows. "You mean taking in Airi?"
She nodded with a breath. "Even when our parents were still alive.. I was held to a high standard.."
Byeol held the girls hands. "Well then, don't worry about that standard anymore. Move and heal at the pace you need. I've got the gaps covered."
Miyu couldn't help but frown as she unintentionally squeezed Byeols hands. "But... Why? You just met me a-and I still don't even understand why Seungmin agreed to help me.."
"We know who you are up against. The man who took your sister has been at war with Seungmin, Hyunjin, Jeongin and the rest of their group for longer than you could imagine." She pressed her lips together in a line.
Miyu looked back down towards her lap. "How old are you, Byeol?"
Letting out a small chuckle, Byeol tilted her head to the side. "Much older than I look. I'm older than you, Miyu-ssi."
She began recalling the night she was brought here as Hyunjins red eyes flashed through Miyus mind. She fought herself on saying anything, yet the questions began to eat her alive.
"A-and Seungmin.. Hyunjin.. Jeongin and you.. what.. what are you?"

"HELP MEEE! GET ME OUT OF HERE!!" A girl screamed at the top of her lungs, jolting a starved Airi awake.
Slowly sitting up, she took in her surroundings with a pounding head and nausea.
Concrete floors covered with dirt, blood and human feces stung her nose. She noticed the cell door, finally connecting the dots as to where she was... kind of.
She recalled being snatched and knocked out with a cloth over her mouth. Her mind immediately floated to her older sister, hoping she was okay.
The cell held three other girls with similar looks to hers. Long, dark brown hair, a very girly sense of style, as well as almond shaped eyes and heart shaped lips.
One girl hit her head on the rail over and over, screaming for someone to come and get her. Another was out cold next to her feet.
"Aneko! You are going to bring those scary men back!" The third whined, holding her stomach. She could not have been much younger than Airi.
"Are you okay?" Airi asked her, staying still to avoid the dirty floor. The small girl shook her head, also sticking to the opposite corner. "I've been in here for a week... And haven't gotten food or water. It's starting to hurt.. s-sorry, my name is Taerin."
"I'm Airi. Do you know who brought us here?"
She shook her head. "I was knocked out on my way home from work.. a man comes around once a day but he covers his face so... no.. I don't..."
"It's okay, we will get through this." She assured.
"Yah, quit the yelling. He is just going to kill you." A voice from outside the cell echoed.
It was then that Airi noticed a cell right across from them, holding the same amount of women. Only one had seemed to be awake as the others all lay limp.
She leaned against the wall, smoking a cigarette between the bars.
How did she get cigarettes?
"Shut it! Can't you Vampires just break us all out of here?!?" She screamed with a piercing sound.
Vampires?
The woman scoffed, holding up her hand that held the cigarette. Placing it against the bar, a loud sizzle erupted as smoke collected around her hand. With a straight face she pulled it away, showing the loud girl the wound.
How did she not flinch?
The raven haired girl looked deeper into the cell, catching eyes with Airi. "He feeds on fear and reaction. Just stay silent and unphased. That's your ticket to survival."
She looks like she's been here for a while. Airi knew she should listen to the advice.
"Fuck you, batsy!" The girl named Aneko screamed once more when a sudden slam scared everyone out of their skin.
Sure enough, a masked male walked into view. He shared a look with the smoking girl across the hall, her expression emotionless. He scoffed, looking directly towards Aneko.
"So.. it's you I keep hearing. What's all the fuss?" His deep and raspy voice huffed. His body language shown he was very relaxed and calm.
She turned red in under a second, a screeching scream leaving her mouth. "LISTEN HERE YOU LIT-"
Airi and Taerins screams echoed loudly as Jinae casually looked away with a puff.
Blood splattered all over the cell and the human girls inside. With a small thud, Anekos limp body fell to the ground.
Airi felt as though she'd throw up at any moment. She squeezed her eyes shut, avoiding the males gaze.
Taerin cried and sobbed, cowering in the corner in fear. The male just laughed, slowly walking out of the room.
Finally releasing a breath, Airi leaned to the side before getting sick. She caught her breath, grasping at the neckline of her shirt and necklace.
"I told her to shut it, didn't I? Are you two okay?" Jinae huffed.
