Metal Virus part 2

Above Angel Island...

The Restoration shuttle begins landing on the floating Island guarded by their friend Knuckles the Echidna.

As the shuttle touches down on the floating island, the survivors inside let out a collective sigh of relief. They had made it out alive, thanks to the bravery and sacrifice of their friends.

Y/N clung to Alex's hand tightly, their eyes filled with tears as they stepped off the shuttle and onto the grassy terrain of Angel Island.

Knuckles had been brought up to speed about the Metal Virus by Amy he didn't know due to him staying on the floating Island.

Suddenly a green swirling portal opens up and Eggman, Dr. Starline and Metal Sonic stumble out.

Everyone looks at them anger in their eyes as they were the ones who started this. Alex is seen in the distance with his knife out along with Amy and her Piko hammer.

Starline: Oh, thank heavens were out of range of Zavocks control!

Eggman and in even worse trouble.

Alex runs over and puts his knife up to Eggman's throat anger in his eyes.

Alex: You TOOK EVERYTHING FROM US!

The survivors on the island watch as Alex confronts Eggman, his voice filled with anger and sadness. They all understood the pain and grief he must be feeling, and the desire for justice against the person responsible for the Metal Virus.

But as they watched the standoff, they could also see the toll that the events had taken on Alex. His eyes were hollow, his demeanor filled with emptiness. They all knew that the pain of losing a friend would never truly fade away, and that Alex would carry that burden with him for a long time.

Eggman chuckled, his smug smile not faltering despite the danger he was in.

Eggman: Ah, young Moth. I see the events have left you quite unhinged. Perhaps I can offer you a deal...

Y/N had seen enough of Eggman's trickery and cruelty, and they were not going to stand idly by while he tried to bargain with their friend's life. With a fierce determination, Y/N sank their teeth into Eggman's leg, causing the man to yelp in pain.

Amy immediately pulled Y/N back, worried about the potential repercussions of their actions. But the survivors on the island couldn't help but feel some satisfaction in seeing Eggman get his comeuppance.

Eggman gritted his teeth, the pain radiating through his body. But he knew that he couldn't let these survivors get the better of him.

Sonic pulls Alex aside.

Sonic: Hold on Alex.

Alex: Sonic! You can't be serious! After everything he's done!

Sonic: Eggman has had every advantage. Why would he come to us without his army? His egg mobile? His anything? Something happened. And he's gonna give us a straight answer or ill infect him myself.

Metal Sonic jumps in front of Eggman determined to protect his master.

Eggman: Pea-brain let the deadly six onto the face ship they took over everything.

Starline: Good idea.... Laking in execution.

Knuckles: Why should we trust any word you say?

Espio: Guys I just got a word from Rouge hurry!

Everyone who is important heads into the shuttle.

Alex is leaning on the wall flipping his knife while Y/N is holding his hand.
