While Jeremy was packing, he received a call from his House manager, Allison who informed him that due to a special circumstance with his patient Elaenna, he would be going to stay with her. Even though it was a strict violation of operational procedures, he was sure that she had been bribed to allow it but he really didn't care because regardless, he was going after her. After leaving the apartment with his belongings, he headed out to his personal vehicle which was this red 4-door sedan. It was a bit dusty and needed a huge amount of time to warm up since he hadn't driven it for a while but once it was ready, it took off.
Jeremy drove for nearly 2 hours towards the high-class part of town where Elaenna's Aunt lived. Many of the houses were out there but Elaenna's Aunt's place was pretty out there but nevertheless, he made it to the main gate and rang the buzzer. A man answered and said"State your name and reason for being here" Jeremy sighed and said, "My name is Jeremy and I'm here to continue Ms Robinson's physical therapy sessions". It took a second before the guy answered and said"Ah my apologies, Ms Sheffield is awaiting your arrival sir...please follow this road and park in the lot just outside and leave the keys in your vehicle; one of our butlers will park it".
Jeremy said"alright" as the gate opened and he drove on in, following the road through the many acres of land and up to the house. The house was this large three-story, Victorian-era mansion, built out of brown brick with white trim and lattices along the front. It also had tall bay windows and rounded ceilings that covered them. When he arrived at the front door, he was greeted by her Aunt, Sasha, who grabbed his hand and pulled him down the hall and into her private study. Sasha said"Look, before you approach her we need to talk," Jeremy said, "Okay but I doubt it's anything I haven't already heard".
Meanwhile, Elaenna sat up in her gigantic room, with her knees to her chest while sitting in the dark. She kept seeing Jeremy's smile and hearing his voice say"I'll be here no matter what" and instead of confusing her, it scared her. She knew by now that she was hopelessly in love with Jeremy but she was horrified that it would end up with her being taken advantage of and left out in the cold to die just like her mother. In truth, she heard what her aunt said but she didn't believe a word of it...she felt that her aunt was lying in order to cover her tracks now that she was getting married.
The pain and the fear from seeing her mother in a casket and her father's tombstone blinded her from the truth and all she knew was that she almost lost her life once because of a man and she wasn't gonna lose it for good because of one. Every time she remembered her time with Jeremy, she would hear her aunt's voice say"It's a trap...men will do whatever it takes to achieve their goal and then leave".She was in so much denial and confusion that she wasn't thinking rationally anymore, all she knew was that she had to protect herself at all costs".
Her thoughts were disturbed by a knock at the door and the sound of Jeremy's voice. He said, "Elaenna, open the door, and let's talk".Elaenna said"There's nothing to talk about...you're just a wolf in sheepskin. People like you make me sick...you lure women in with kindness and support and then treat them like trash and abandon them over time...at least the guy who shot me had the balls to show me his horrible side and not hide it like a coward. All men are evil...some take more time to reveal their true sides". Jeremy said, "That's not true...you just had some bad experiences and went through some trauma that you have to work through".
Elaenna said, "It's not trauma it's a lesson learned and I suggest you learn from that first guy I beat up and realize that you should get lost before I fuck you up far worse...now scram!!" Jeremy sighed and said, "Fine, I'll respect your wishes and get lost". As he walked down the hall and rode the elevator downstairs he felt a pain in his heart but he knew he wasn't going to give up so easily. After walking for a bit, he arrived in his room; it was massive with tall windows, marble floors, and stereotypical old Victorian-era furniture. The was a wooden canopy bed in the middle of the room with two nightstands on each side.
On the wall in front sat a TV atop a dresser and a desk in the left corner near the window and door leading into the bathroom on the right side near the door to the hallway. Jeremy stood there taking it in for a minute before flopping face-first onto the bed, feeling blue, and then passing out.
The next morning, Jeremy woke up and headed down to Sasha's study to find her since she wasn't answering his calls. He needed to go to his car and get his fishing poles he had forgotten so he could spend the day fishing. Whilst walking in the hallway, he bumped into Elaenna who threw him a dirty look as she continued walking. Eventually, he managed to find Sasha in the living room watching TV and asked her. She just smiled and said, "I'll have the butlers meet you at the lake after all I can't take a chance on you leaving before your job is finished; that would be poor business practice".
Jeremy didn't say anything, he just scurried off through the side door in the kitchen and walked down the path that led out to the lake. When he arrived there, he found a chair, his tackle box, his two poles, and some bait, waiting in the perfect spot where there was minimal vegetation. As he sat down and took in the gentle sounds of the water and the beautiful shade of the lake, his troubles began to melt away. As he put bait on the hook and cast his line out, all he could think was that somehow he would get through this mess as long as he could relieve the stress. Unfortunately for him, Elaenna was going to use her knowledge against him and crank up the heat.
Over the next few days, Elaenna sent butlers or used the cameras to spy on Jeremy's activities and force him to leave. First, she started by closing off the pool so he couldn't fish, then she purposely flooded the gym by "accidentally" triggering the sprinklers while he was working out which ruined the equipment. Next, she made the yard muddy so he couldn't run and snuck into his room and smashed his TV and his Gamestation, and poured soda all over his books. By now he was well aware she was sabotaging him but he refused to give in until on the 5th day of her plan, she finally had enough. Later that night while Jeremy was reading, Elaenna snuck into the security guard's training building and stole a gun after previously using the cameras to see where they were kept and the access code. After slipping back into the mansion, she barged into his room with bloodshot eyes, an aggravated face, and a gun drawn at him.
