Welcome, I'm Back (Answering FAQ)

Happy New Year! I hope 2024 has been good to you and all those you love so far!

I can't explain how good it feels to be writing this little update. Its literally been about two years since I last wrote a publishable chapter for this book, and about a year in a half since I've published anything, which is crazy to think about.

I never intended to take THIS long, but about a year ago I started missing this book and two other stories that I've been writing, but haven't released yet.

All I can say now is that I'm happy to be back. During my time off I wrote three and half chapters on and off, and I feel like I'm ready to write more.

Are you going to finish this book?
I originally planned for this book to end between 15-20 chapters. It was suppose to be a short story, but my creativity has ruled otherwise. So currently, my priority is finishing this book out.

I'm not sure how many chapters are left, but I do want to wrap this book up so I can work on my other stories and possibly start new ones! So for those wondering the answer is YES! this book will be completed!

One thing that stresses me out is when I'm reading a good book and the author abandons it or disappears without giving readers an ending or something equivalent.

My book may not be the best in my eyes, but to some of you it is your "good book" and maybe to some it's an escape from every day stress/problems. Knowing this, I wouldn't want to leave you high and dry 💓.

Even if I get burnt out again, or no longer wish to write, I'll give you guys an epilogue or flash forward into the future or something.

So, are you back fr?
Like I said in my PSA: HIATUS chapter. I wouldn't come back until I felt 100%... I feel 100% now.

To all of the loyal Perception of Trust readers I want to say a very big thank you. Words cannot express the abundance of gratitude I have for your loyalty to this book! Every time Perception of Trust crossed my mind, I thought about YOU and it always gave me a bit of inspiration to return. Now that I'm locked in again, I hope you guys enjoy the next chapters.

To all the new readers I also say thank you. I was surprised to see that the book's viewership was still going up despite having no new chapters. For that I am very grateful.

I'm thankful that you took a chance on an incomplete book and decided to keep going or add it to your library/reading lists. Please please please feel free to comment, like and even make corrections of my errors throughout the book. I do try my best to reply to comments and messages so that my readers know I appreciate them!
