Saturday, May 23rd, 2019. A day Jay remember it, and still calls it, as "Black Saturday" or as it official known as "The Day The Republic Died". It was an event that changed the galaxy forever. Earlier, Jay and friends survived a battle. History will remember it at The Second Battle of Muunilinst. With the end of every battle, comes the somber task. Tending to the dead, dying and wounded.
The Muunilinst Fighters lost 250 dead and 390 wounded, The 76th Legion lost 26 dead, 150 wounded and 1 missing, The 503rd lost 29 dead and 274 wounded, The 502nd lost 30 dead and 300 wounded, The 54th Legion lost 27 dead and 149 wounded, The 308th Battalion lost 46 dead and 197 wounded, The 60th Battalion lost 41 dead and 250 wounded, The 55th Battalion lost 51 dead and 120 wounded, The 95th Battalion lost 42 dead and 105 wounded & the troops that went with Lyon lost 50 dead 140 wounded. General Veam oversaw the burial of his soldiers and the reunion of friends, family and loved ones. Mollbry was by his side. "Your troops made a great stand in this battle, General. Their stories will be told for millions to come." Mollbry said, comforting him. Veam turned to her, knowing she is right. Then, he saw Echore, Sakura and Keeve transporting their prisoners to their ships and troops of the 442nd helping citizens with cleaning up and rebuilding after the battle. Alex, and several Clone & Republic Droid Medics, were tending to the wounded. Just then, Marshal Commander Nox, with Captain Waxer, arrived to inform Mollbry that in conference with the Jedi Council, reporting them with the capture of Nerisa.
Inside a mobile communications unit, Jay was speaking to holograms of council members Mace Windu, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Anakin Skywalker, and Yoda, along with Aayla Secura. He was going to tell them about Jedi Knight Bestor with Fives and Tup, but Commander Cody entered the conference via hologram, informed everyone that Kenobi had made contact with Grievous. Master Windu told Anakin to report the new to the chancellor. As he left, Jay noticed a concern look on his master's face. "What's wrong, master? Jay asked. "I sense a plot to destroy the Jedi." Windu said. "The dark side of the Force surrounds the Chancellor." Then, Master Mundi stepped in by saying " If he does not give up his emergency powers after the destruction of Grievous, then he should be removed from office." "The Jedi Council would have to take control of the Senate in order to secure a peaceful transition." Master Windu said. This shocked Jay. If that was going to happen, he wanted no part of it. Then, Master Yoda stepped in and said "To a dark place this line of thought will carry us. Great care we must take." Master Windu turned to Jay and told me to go to Felucia assisted Master Secura. Jay said he will, but first he has to have the wounded looked at and restock on supplies. When he left the conference, Sergeant Locke walked up to Jay and told him the scouts have search everywhere for Konan and found no sign of her. Konan joined The 76th after the Bombing of the Jedi Temple. On her helmet, she put a Hidden Leaf Crest, similar to Vex's of Senth; but with a red stripe under the crest. Platoon & on her chest plate she put the Hidden Rain Crest. Since that day, she followed Jay in the Battles of Ringo Vinda, Batuu, Orto Plutonia, Yerbana and Munnilinst. During the battle, She was sent on a recon mission with a squad of troops. Only the troops would return, Konan disappeared from the battle.
Coming out of hyperspace, Lyon's Corps arrives at a Haven-class Medical Station to have to the wounded looked at and supplies are restocked. On board, Mollbry was monitoring all movement of supplies and wounded troops, Britt was helping out with the wound & Jay was looking out the window, at the vast open space. Several Star Destroyers floated around. Then, he felt that something is off. He hears in his head the voices of Palpatine, Windu and Skywalker. Jay feels the massive disturbance pulsing through the Force. What Jay felt was a duel between Palpatine against Windu and Anakin's intervention. His master in pain is what concerns him. Mollbry, along with Jec, Dogma & Fives, who was with him at the time, check on him, asking him if he was alright. Coming out of what he felt through the Force, Jay said "I felt a great disturbance in the Force. I heard voices crying out in terror and suddenly silence. I fear something terrible has happened back on Coruscant." "Should we return to Coruscant, sir?" Jec asked. Jay wasn't sure. He was split between going home to Coruscant or go to Felucia? He stood there, coming to grips with he happened back at home. Jec said will have a ship on stand if he decides to head back to Coruscant. But, Jay was not the only Jedi who felt was happened. Echore, Alex, Keeve, Sakura and many others felt it too. Then, on the comminutions terminal, began blipping, it was a transmission from Coruscant. Suddenly, Jay remembered the visions on Dagobah, the Incident on Ringo Vinda with Tup and the Inhibitor Chip. Then, like a flash of lightning, he rushed over to the terminal and began shutting down and jamming all comminutions before anyone answers it. Then suddenly, just after when he finished, he felt it. Falling to his knees, clutching his heart and breathing heavily, he felt the death of his Jedi Brethren, the Clones's betrayal and a voice saying "Execute Order 66.". Britt, helping her master up, asked "Master, what happened?" Coming to, he coldly said "The Clones turned against us." The news of this shocked everyone. How could they do such a thing? But, Jay explained to them everything. "We were pawns of his plan. But now, now I know. It makes perfect sense. The visions I saw on Dagobah, what happened to Tup on Ringo Vinda, the Inhibitor Chips, the Murder of Fives and... and Nala Se's involvement. He turn our whole military against us. It was all part of his plan." Jec asked "What are going to do, sir?" Jay, finally collecting his senses, said "We're going to Felucia. But, first I want the clones on this station scanned for Inhibitor Chips and have them removed. The units we brought in will be excluded, since I ordered them to have their chips removed. I want the clone units we brought in and the clones here on this station scanned for chips. Like before, If you see it, get them under and remove it." So was done.
