On board the Justifier, traveling through hyperspace, Jay awakens in a holding cell, cuffed in binders. The cell he was in was secured by an energy shield. When Todo 360 flies in, Jay quips to Todo, thinking he was scrap metal. The droid replies back and taunts him that his lightsabers are with Bane and his communication device has been confiscated. Todo warns Jay to cooperate because Cad Bane does not respond well to prisoners who do not cooperate, reminding him of Omega when she was captured by Bane to be taken back to Kamino. Then, Bane approaches in full gear, and with Jay's Lightsaber clipped on his belt, and asks how his bounty is doing. Jay said he can't complain and asks where he's taking him. Bane tells him that he and his comrades will soon find out as he activated his communication device and walks away to his cockpit. "Using my comm won't work, Bane." Jay said "They'll know it's a trap." "They will still come." Bane replied. "My contact will make sure of that. By the time they arrive, they will be too late with you dead." He warned him to sit tight and not cause any trouble. Jay quips at him by saying "Define 'Don't" as he enters the cockpit.

Up in the cockpit, Bane contacted an Imperial Officer on the planet Sullust, telling him he has Jay and he is bringing him to him alive insists on getting the premium. The officer, named Commander Aven Brall, warns Bane to keep the Jedi alive. Bane tells Brall to have his unmarked credits ready for his arrival. In his cell, Jay began to meditate, preparing himself for what is to come. The Justifier exited hyperspace and began it's descend into the war torn world of Sullust. Upon landing far away from the Rebel-held Inyusu Tor, Jay is marched out of the ship by Bane and a squad of Stormtroopers. They are greeted by Commander Brall, an Inquisitor named Tenth Sister and several stormtroopers. Bane tells Brall that he plans to the intercept his comrades on arrival. Brall speaks to Jay, telling him that the destruction he and his comrades caused on Weyland and Coruscant and his actions here on Sullust got his attention. He instructed his sergeant to take Jay away for interrogation. There, he was met with a Female Chiss Imperial Security Bureau General, named Mista'ipoam'corne, 'Misti' for short. Minutes Later, both she and Tenth Sister questioned Jay on his actions on Weyland, Coruscant and Sullust, using the same tactics as Thrawn and the Grand Inquisitor. When asked about the whereabouts of Luke and Mara Jade, Jay kept his mouth shut, refusing to get them up. Tenth Sister used Mind Probe to break Jay, but he held firm. Then, the Zabrak Inquisitor had Jay electrocuted. Again, Jay refused to divulge any information about Luke, Mara Jade and his troops of the 76th. It was there that Misti began to taunt Jay, haunting him with memories of the death of Jeffian, Order 66 & his apprentice, Tilana. "Tell me, Jedi." She began "How did your apprentice die? It was after the failed mission to kill the Emperor on Coruscant that she fell out. You tried to go back and save her, but you didn't. You failed her." Seeing the regret and guilt on his face, she leaned in, close to his ear, and continued "Do you remember your apprentice last words to you; her last and final breath of words before she died You see it in your sleep. You hear her voice when you wake. Tell me, Lyon. What were her last words to you?" Yes, deep down, he was haunted by the memories of his duel with Tilana. He could never forget her face; her face of rage, as well as hate and anger. He could also never forget her words she said to him after she was cut up and before being burn up. Holding back tears, Jay told her, in a whisper-like tone, "I hate you.". The Chiss Officer went on to tell Jay that he told his wife, but not his master and his students. She asked him if his troops of the 76th, 1st Rebel Regiment or any of his comrades knew he killed her. "She was engulfed in flames and you couldn't bring yourself to kill her and put her out of her pain and misery. You left her there to die, like Anakin Skywalker years ago." She said. "What would your Jedi Brethren and your Rebel/Allied comrades think if they find out their Jedi General, who commanded the 76th Legion, a member of the 1st Pennsylvania Militia and apprentice of Mace Windu is a murderer?" She knew she was done with him and orders two soldiers to take Jay to holding cell.
