The Sith Is No More

A year has passed since Crait. The Resistance were gaining the upper hand, liberating planets from First Order rule and gaining supports and members along the way. Tilana has been restored following her redemption on Dantooine and would be in command of a unit, leading the Resistance to victory. Mace lead troops on one mission that saved his wife, Mara, and his son, Anakin from being captive from the First Order. But, while they fight on, there was something that would change everything.

On a mission for the Resistance, Jay was disguised as a First Order Stormtrooper when he heard a broadcast. And, the voice in the broadcast was the first Jay haven't heard in move than thirty years. That voice was none other than Sheev Palpatine, who died during the Battle of Endor when Darth Vader, redeeming himself as Anakin Skywalker, threw Palpatine down the core shaft and to his death. In truth, as he falling to his death, Palpatine called on the Dark Side to transfer his consciousness in a cloned body of his own creation designed with Clone Wars era technology by the Sith Eternal, a secret cult of Sith loyalists who continued to follow the religious traditions of the Sith and sought to resurrect their order. The deceased Emperor transmitted his broadcast across the galaxy, which threatens revenge. While Mace and his comrades were on a mission to Naboo, and with Poe and Finn on a separate to get information on a spy in the First Order, Jay, Maelle, Shizuka & Mollbry were helping Rey train on Ajan Kloss. She meditates solemnly, floating in the air alongside a number of rocks. She tries to maintain her composure and balance to contact the Jedi that came before her and connecting to the Cosmic energy of the Universe, but ultimately fails and, with a sigh, lowers herself to the ground. Once she was on the ground, Jay reassured her that she will commune with them in time. General Leia Organa, who had been watching nearby, comforts her discouraged acolyte, also assuring her that nothing is impossible and that she will be able to commune with the Jedi who came before her, as she hopes to. While Rey went off to run the course, Jay watched Rey train. Despite being a Force sensitive Scavenger being new to the role of Jedi, she is making progress. Jesse, Hardcase, Waxer & Boil would help the training droid deflect blaster fire while Shizuka and Maelle would attack her from the trees, which she blocks and parries their attacks with ease. She expertly runs and leaps through the obstacles, imbuing her actions with the Force. She blocks every bolt from her hovering training droid, but she paused and stares off in the distance. She told Jay after training that it is revealed Kylo Ren, to whom she is bound through the Force, is communing with Vader's helmet and speaking to her from his chambers far across the galaxy. She also said that she saw visions, A vision, shared with Ren, showed her of her ascension of the Final Order above Exegol; the face of her murdered mentor and Ben's and Jacen's father, Han Solo; the pained words of her master, Luke Skywalker, as she tapped into the dark side; her duel with and alongside Ren against the Praetorian Guards of Snoke; the departure of her parents from Jakku, leaving her behind in the grip of Unkar Plutt. Seeing her distracted by the vision, and ultimately batters the training remote with her staff, but damages BB-8 in the process, Jay rushed over to her, breaking her out of her vision. Jay asked her what did she see in her vision, she said pain. Then, seeing BB-8 beneath the tree that had collapsed on him, We rushed over to get the tree off of him. Akira picked up BB-8 and took him away to be repaired and Shizuka left with Rey to the base. As they left, Jay sensed the worry inside her. The visions she saw must have shoke her up good.

Finn, Poe and Chewbacca arrived with intel they received from the spy with startling information. The news is Palpatine is alive and in hiding in the Unknown Regions, on a world called Exegol. While in hiding, he and his followers has been constructing the largest fleet the galaxy has ever seen called the Final Order. In sixteen hours, the Sith fleet will embark from Exegol to attack the free worlds. The job was simple: Find Exegol, destroy the fleet, defeat the Emperor & save the galaxy. Then, Jay remembers reading reports from Luke about search for a Sith Wayfinder. Only two Wayfinders were made in order to find Exegol, no more no less. One may be located in the Forbidden Desert of Pasaana. And with that, Rey, along with Poe, Finn, Chewbacca, C-3P0, R2-D2, Cade, Jania, Mace, Maelle & Shizuka, traveled to Pasaana to find the Wayfinder, Jay, Mollbry, Alex, Sakura, Keeve, Britt, Kira & Juchi traveled to Mrykr where see Tilana, who has been recuperating since her turn back into the light. The base on Mrykr was Charity Base, the same base Jay and the 1st Rebel Regiment stayed after being on the run from Amazonia Prime. To those who were there those days during the Galactic Civil War, it brought back some good, even some bad, memories.
