Chapter 5

It's the 20th May 2010, me and Fernando were on his private jet. This was routine now. As we decide home-school would be best for me so I could travel with Fernando. Every race weekend I do most of my work on the plane and just finish off whilst he does media. Then in Italy I'd have a tutor.

But this weekend was different. It was Monaco. Most of the time I stayed in hotels, but not this time. I was staying with Charles and our friends, I hadn't seen any of them since January, so I wanted to make sure I had no distractions in the form of homework. 

The flight was quite short so I had to be rapid. All I had left was maths, Fernando was asleep so I could just use my calculator. I was done in 10, I text the group chat a picture and a selfie in celebration.

When do you land?

Estrella: 

like 10 minutes.

Grussel Sprout🥬:

Same for me and Lando.

Maximus🛡️:

Bit longer for me☹️

Spanner🔧: 

Last train to Nice now.

Charlie❤️:

Cool, I'll get a car to Nice. Meet you there. 

I was so excited when we landed in Nice airport, I could hardly contain myself. 

I met up with George and Lando in the airport, I gave them both massive hugs, George reciprocated, but Lando just stood there.

"He's not eaten yet" George explained. 

"Shall we go in the shop quick whilst we wait for Max, I'll get him some sweets" 

That's when Lando hugged me back. I bought him some skittles after making sure there was no blue ones. By the time, we had done that Max was there. I gave him a massive hug as well, he hugged me back. 

Fernando had left to go and get his car since we were staying in different places. It's the Wednesday today so he was probably going to go out tonight. 

Me and the boys, left the airport to find Charles who was supposed to be waiting outside, although we couldn't see him. That was until he pulled up with his head hanging out a limo.

"Whats happening bitches" he yelled, then scrambled to get out the car. He ran up to me first and pulled me into a massive bear hug, lifting me up and spinning around, "I missed you Etoile" 

"I missed you too, but put me down before I puke" He listened and then gave the others smaller hugs. "That was an absolute Lando move" I referenced his entrance.

"Yeah I know but it was fun" He laughed. "Get in then, we need to get Pierre" 

We all clambered into the limo. "You've really outdone yourself mate" Max said to Charles. 

"This is Monaco everyone outdoes themselves, get used to it" There it was, the infamous wink.

Soon enough we pulled up to the train station, Pierre wasn't there yet, so me and Charles got out so we could flag him down. 

"Did you bring that dress?" 

"Yes, why?" I asked mischievously.

"Just wondering Etoile" Then Pierre appeared, looking at us in disbelief.

"Bonjour" He said slightly unsure.

"Ca va?" I asked him.

"Oui, Qu'est-ce que c est?"
