To admit that I 'like' Ahaan Sharma was weird. Suddenly all my thoughts about him made sense. And I found myself swooning at his every move. Every glance. And every taunts my way.It wasn't just me, Ahaan too turned bold. When I would deliberately ignore his unexpected and smooth way of flirting, my stomach would flutter like a flock of birds had invaded it. While I ignore his heated glances and 'accidental' touches, I would feel my heart melting.
And now that he was gone for the first day, I felt anguish. Naani didn't take it kindly that her 'guests' were thinking of paying her for their stay and that was the reason why my ear was so red. And why Ahaan had to run out of the house before her chappal hit him.
It was hilarious. Prachi and Vicky were having the time of their lives, laughing their butts off and wheezing so hard that tears fell out of their eyes.
Naani's angry eyes landed on them and they froze. "You brats! What's so funny to laugh? You ain't any better! You have visited me after 4 damn years!"
She threw her belan and it landed on the floor, barely touching Vicky's undone hair. They shrieked and jumped away while it was my turn to watch them.
Grabbing the popcorn, I made myself comfortable on the couch and watched them run through the house while Naani chased after them.
I was worried for her since her knee pain was worsening day by day but in her angry state, I would know better than to mess with her.
"You know Naani, Vicky dumped his Paratha in the backyard yesterday. It was so sad" I added oil to the fire and Naani growled at him.
Vicky looked like he was ready to dig his own grave while I smirked. That's what you get for getting me work down by you, you punk!
After another 5 minutes of playing cat and mouse, Naani was finally calm. Yet her angry stares were deadly.
"I will get back to you for this!" Vicky narrowed his eyes at me, while I flashed him my cunning smile. Prachi rolled her eyes at us shaking her head. "You are still stuck on that?"
I sighed, showing her how much her husband was annoying me.
"Upload it already!" She announced making my jaw drop. I spoke too early. Both husband and wife were straight-up cruel. I threw the cushion at her while she laughed loudly.
I needed to do something about this Munni thing, Or I was gonna be left like a puppet in their hands. I stared at both of them, my mind fogging up with some idea, and the next thing I knew I was smiling.
Wait and watch kids!

A sigh escaped my lips, as I felt the strong smell of Prachi's perfume invade my senses. I wonder if she baths in it.
Tiptoeing in her room, I whipped my head around to look for the object of embarrassment. Vicky is so going to regret this!
Vicky and Prachi were outside with Naani and his phone wasn't with him. Even though it's stuck to his hip 24/7, Prachi snatched it from him saying he needed family time, and put his phone on charging.
Bless the girl.
Relief flooded through me when I saw the phone on the charge. Grinning widely, I took it and tried to open it, only to groan I'm frustration realising it was locked.
Of course, it will be locked, you dumbass. What person's phone in this world is not without security?
There it is, the stupid inner conscience.
