As if having the entire town after me wasn't enough, three bulldozered guys appeared out of a black BMW wearing ridiculous black shades, holding guns in each hand.

As if there were hidden cameras around them, the tallest and the scariest one lifted his hand to his eyes and removed his shades in a painfully slow motion.

By the time Ahaan chewed two samosas, the man was halfway through removing his shades.

"No one moves!" The other guy, with a brown muffler around his neck, thundered.

"Take the girl" The first man succeeded in removing his shades from his eyes and I debated whether to congratulate him on that feat.

And when I realized the girl he meant was me, I screamed.

Their eyes whipped to meet my angry ones and before they could react, I shoved the stall in their direction with a scream which could be recognized as someone in labor pain.

The guys swiftly moved away and the stall hit the car. It didn't move at all. Not even an inch.

However, somehow I tripped on the ground, flat on my teeth.

"Her! Catch her now!" I heard the same voice and footsteps approaching in my direction. Immediately standing up, I started to move in the other direction, my feet tumbling over the speed breaker.

I didn't let anything stop me, but every problem in my life follows a pattern: it gets worse and worse and worse ... And so on.

A strong grip on my arm pulled me back and my hands were held back against my back. I wriggled under the tightening grasp, hissing and trying to twist away pissing off the man even more.

"Boss. She ain't a joke" A new voice growled behind me and I turned to see the third guy with a tattoo of a snake on his neck holding me.

I instantly slumped my hands back, blinking innocently at the long and hard stare he gave me. He wasn't a joke either. He was the biggest of them all. I watched his veiny arms and realized my both hands together wouldn't be enough to match the thickness of his one arm. His skin was covered in grey, with horrible tattoos, and a scar on his eyebrow I was legit scared.

One wrong move and he might teleport me to Ukraine with a punch.

"I'm not the girl!" I shouted, turning to the man they had called boss.

The boss was the first man who removed his shades dramatically. He looked surprised at my outburst and then dismissed his hand.

And the next thing I knew, my feet left the ground and I was suddenly thrown on the tattoo guy's shoulder. I kicked my legs and threw punches but the man barely grunted.

"Aye! It's time for her shoot already!?" I heard Ahaan's shout and wiped my head back to see him getting down the stall and running to me.

Only to sway and hit his head against the electric pole.

I shouted for him to be careful. The man only chuckled at himself and started walking towards us.

"Ahaan! Go back!" I tried to speak loudly but he didn't listen.

"Hey! Give us the girl! We've spotted her first" the man who I've shoved a garbage can in his stomach screamed angrily, walking out of the crowd.

He seemed to be old, maybe in his late 50s, and with the way he was walking I could see his knees shaking.

"Yes! Let her go!"

"Let her go!"

"LET HER GO!" The crowd erupted in a chorus and I would've been so elated at the sight of so many people wanting me but then I realized money is a bitch.
