"So you're telling me, you somehow told kookie that you were planning something special for him on his birthday?"  Jimin asked.. Taehyung nodded sipping his strawberry juice..

The duo were in a small garden, not too far from jimin's house, taehyung had managed to snuck out after jungkook fell asleep... Poor boy was so tired after studying..

"It was the only excuse I could come up with, please help me..."  taehyung said, jimin chuckled..

"I don't know what to help you with, its your own cross to carry"

Taehyung's phone buzzed on the swing chair
"It's jungkook, he must have woken up and is looking for me" Tae said staring at his phone screen..

"Pick it then"
"No, he'd want to know where I am.. We need to sort this out Minnie, his birthday is right after exam... What do I do" taehyung said as he placed the phone back on the chair and sipped his juice...

"Well I do have an idea.. But you're too much of a chicken to do it" jimin said shrugging...

"I'm not a chicken " Tae argued..

"Okay here's the thing... You like him, this could be your chance to tell him.. "
"Jimin, I can't..not when he's dating her" taehyung cuts in
"So what? You're gonna wait till they break up? "
"No.. "
"Then what"
"I feel I lost my chance, he's straight as fuck"
"Did you just curse!? " jimin gasped..
"That's not important now " taehyung said running his hand through his hair..
"I'm clearly frustrated... Help me out, that's why I'm here.. "
"I'll think of something... Don't worry.. "Jimin assured..
"Fine... "
"Uhh your husband is calling " jimin teased as taehyung's phone vibrated again..
"Shut up" Tae laughed

"Mom have you seen taehyung?"
Jungkook asked as he poked his head into his mom's room, she sat on her bed with few papers sprawled on her bed..
"No baby, I've been here.. Have you checked everywhere?" Mrs Jeon said, her eyes not leaving her laptop screen..
"I have, I've been calling, he isn't picking.. And I can't find my bike, I don't think he went to his house.." jungkook said as he entered fully and jammed the door, causing his mom to look at him..
"How long have you had your eyes on that screen"
Kookie asked
"Couple of hours... Why"
"Take a break..."
"I just need to finish drawing a few design... It's a project  baby.."
"Fine, do you need anything?"
Mrs Jeon took the empty bottle water next to her and wiggled it..
"I need a refill"
Jungkook nodded and left the room, he soon returned with another bottle of water..
"Thank you kookie" Mrs Jeon beamed..
"I'd have to look for Tae... It's getting late.." jungkook said walking away
"It's just almost 6" his mom said
"Yeah too late for him to be out without me" jungkook said and left the room..

Unsure of where to go, but he decided to head towards the direction of his school while dialing tae's number...
Where could he have gone to? Taehyung never went anywhere unless it's with him or his family...

Jungkook made slow steps since he was unsure of where taehyung could be.. Maybe he should have checked his house first....

Jungkook decided to head back home since he had no specific idea where taehyung could be, he was just going to wait it out for a couple of hours and file a missing person report if taehyung doesn't show up before the next day..

Jungkook sat on his bed watching his clock tick, it already struck 6pm couple of minutes ago, but he wasn't gonna panic now... He had been trying taehyung's number and still no answers..

Jungkook sighed as he tried again, still no answers.. He scrolled through his contact list until he got to jimin's. Could taehyung be with him? Jungkook thought.. Why would taehyung meet up with jimin without informing him though?
. Jungkook shrugged and dialed jimin's number, he picked on the second ring..

"Yo"
Jimin's voice chirped..
"Hi, I was just calling to check if taehyung was with you"  jungkook said sounding all serious
"No, why would he be with me.. I'm actually out with my friends... Is taehyung missing?" jimin asked
"I don't know, I woke up from my nap and couldn't find him, and he isn't taking his calls either.. Do you think he's missing?" jungkook asked, jimin chuckled..
"No silly, maybe he had his phone on silent or something... Probably went on a date and didn't want to be disturbed...."
Jungkook's ears perked up on jimin's last words..
"What date?, is he seeing someone? " jungkook asked sitting up straight..
"How am I supposed to know, I'm just saying... Or maybe check his house, maybe he decided to drop by his place " jimin said trying to stifle a laugh, probably taehyung poking him on the ribs for being such a tease..
Jungkook nodded although he knew jimin couldn't see him
"Okay.. Thanks "
Jungkook said and ended the call..

About 30 min after the call with jimin, taehyung came home, he found the front door unlocked and entered, jungkook forgot to lock the door..

"Where did you go?" a voice called from the kitchen area, taehyung paused and turned, seeing jungkook approach him in all his glory. 
"Nowhere, just took a stroll" taehyung said smiling cheesily.. "Were you looking for me?" he asked trying..
"No I was looking for your remains so I could eat them" jungkook replied dryly, taehyung cringed
"Eww that's brutal"
"Do not leave the house or go anywhere without me again" jungkook said climbing upstairs..
"Why? I'm not a baby.." taehyung said following..
"Do you know how worried I was? You weren't taking any of my calls, you had your phone on you, didn't you feel it vibrate or something? I thought you got murdered..."  jungkook blabbed
"I'm sorry " taehyung said..
"You do tell me sorry doesn't fix anything.. "
"You were asleep, I was bored, and I didn't want to wake you and I decided to ride around.. It's not much of a big deal" taehyung said slightly irritated that jungkook was using his own words against him..

The duo entered the room, with taehyung kicking the door shut...

"It's much of a big deal, you could have woken me up" jungkook said throwing his hands in the air before throwing himself on the bed, meanwhile taehyung stood with folded hands watching him..
"But no, you decided to ride around, and ignoring my calls.. Not even sending an I'm okay text.. You were with someone " jungkook added accusingly
"I didn't ignore your calls, can you stop nagging? And no I wasn't with anybody.. Who was I suppose to be with? "
"Your girlfriend! "
"What? No.. I don't have a girlfriend " taehyung said  slightly amused, was jungkook being jealous.. He wanted to cackle but decided against it, he headed for the wardrobe and took his jacket and shirt off.. And threw it in the laundry basket
Jungkook stared at his bare back..
"I don't have a girlfriend okay, if I did, you'd know first... " Tae grabbed a pair of comfy clothes, consisting of a black singlet and brown khaki shorts, he then turned to face jungkook..
"Who would want to date you, you already look like a girl.. " jungkook said.
"Wha.. No I don't " taehyung said with a slight blush flushing his cheeks..
"Well for me you do.. You don't even have abs, your waistline is that of a girl... Your back, I really can't explain but you know what I mean.. You're unbelievably soft and can't throw a punch.. "
"That's why I hate undressing in front of you! " taehyung halfyelled throwing his clothes at jungkook's face before running into the bathroom.
Jungkook chuckled slightly... Since when did he start noticing taehyung's waistline? ..
