Chapter 3

May mga dumaan kaya hindi ko pinalampas ito. Mabilis akong tumayo at naglakad paalis sa puwesto ko kanina.
I can still see clearly but my body seems to be heavy. Maraming beses akong muntikan nang matumba at marami na akong nabangga. And the worst part of it natapunan pa ako ng drink!
I didn't bother to wipe it. Basang basa na ang dibdib ko.

So many things happen in just a moment!

But why am I laughing?

Yes I was laughing mula nang may nabangga ako kanina. I can't believe I'm having fun in this situation!

Hindi ko na alam kung nasaang parte ako ng building. Pero sigurado akong hindi ito exit. May hadgan paakyat. Umakyat ako roon at napansing may mga room na dito. So anong part na ng building ito?
But wala akong time para isipin yon. I just have to hide.

Binuksan ko ang pinto na malapit sakin.

I froze when I saw what was inside. Or rather what's happening inside.
There's a woman in a man's lap. Nakababa na hanggang bewang ang dress nito. Hindi nila ako napansin at sigurado ako dahil ni hindi man lang sila humihinto sa ginagawa!
I heard her moan at kahit nakatalikod ang babae sakin alam ko ang ginagawa ng lalaki rito. They're kissing.
The man broke the kiss and bent forward and I heard sucking sounds.
The woman moved her hands to the man's belt at bago pa man iyon maalis ay may mabilis nang humila sa akin palayo roon.
It happened so fast at napansin ko na lang na nasa loob ako ng isang room na walang ibang tao kundi ako at...

"You caught me." Natatawa kong sabi kay Archer.
He caged me in between his arms and I felt the cold wall at my back.

My face heated realizing that he might've seen too what happened earlier. Sa kabilang room...

"Did you see them?" I asked.

His jaw clenched. "I've seen more than that a lot of times. Do you have more questions?" His cold voice gave me chills but it doesn't scare me this time. I don't know maybe because of the things that happened? Or maybe because of the alcohol?

I shook my head. Tumingala lang ako sa kanya. He's taller than me. And if he's standing near me like this, I can say na hanggang dibdib lamang niya ako.

"Now it's my turn. What are you doing here?" Oh right. Hindi niya lang ako nahuling nanonood kanina kundi nahuli niya rin akong andito sa building na to.

"I came with Lucas." He knows him.

"You didn't answer my question, what are you doing in this place Daisy?"

"I want to explore." Sabi ko at mukhang hindi nito nagustuhan.

"Explore? I clearly told you not to do something stupid." His voice is cold.

"This is not stupid. I had fun meeting a lot of people."

His jaw clenched. "You're going home." He grabbed my hand.

I feel irritated suddenly. Bakit ba niya ako pinapakialaman? He turned down my deal! Jeez he's acting like a brother!

"Who knows? I might find someone I'm looking for in this place?" I felt his hand grip me tightly.

Lumingon ito sakin.

"You're still at it? That fucking deal I mean?" I don't care if he looks mad and I don't care if I hear him cursed. Nilabanan ko ang titig niya. I won't back down. I'm sure this is the alcohol.

I smiled at him. "Of course! You turned me down so hindi mo na dapat ako pakialaman. Oh! what if you help me find someone instead? Do you have recommendations?" I shamelessly asked.

His face darkened. At tingin ko'y naputol na ang pasensya niyang matagal niyang inaalagaan.

He always looks calm and collected.
