If you consider real lyricists like J Cole, Logic, Eminem, Jay Z, etc. Then I doubt any would come close. If you mean the cringe "rappers" nowadays who just mumble like lil pump or travis scott, most kpop rappers are better than them. lmaoo

It really depends because a lot of rappers in America have developed their own sound while a lot of rappers in the K-pop industry generally have "one sound". Here are some I think who sound unique in the industry:

Trying to compare Kpop rappers to American rappers in general is already a set up. Currently, the rapper position in Kpop is just a fall back for companies to debut members who can't sing but have deep or 'unique' voices.
There are VERY FEW Kpop idols with the rapper position that truly deserve it and these idols I would say are on the same level as American rappers.
Here are what makes these idols true rappers: - Write their raps - Flow, rhythm, and delivery - Enunciation - Emotion
Now these qualities are just what makes idols worthy of being called rappers. But when it comes to being on the same level as American rappers I would say they need these added qualities: - Personality - Technique - Lyricism
(Here's a ranking of all the rappers l've listened to. This is simply my opinion. Don't take it to heart.)
Decent: Jaeyoon,Taeyong, Jennie, Lisa, Chanyeol, Jackson, Chaeyong, Sol
Meh: Irene, Sehun
Need More Work: Dahyun, Yeri

Jia - After YG's family album, I think she has shown everyone why she's the best rapper. I've followed Jia since her I-land days and I can say that I always saw the potential in her to be a great rapper. But after her debut, antis started to deny her abilities only because in Enhypen she was not always given the material to show off her rapping. Even when Jia covered raps from other groups or artists, people still wanted to discredit her because she didn't 'write her raps'
Now with YG family album, Jia put everyone and their mom in their place. Not only does she give amazing deliveries with her verses, her ability to change time signatures mid-song, the emotions. AND she has 7 writing credits in the album.
If anyone wants to doubt her skills again, just refer to Godzilla or Better Than Yesterday from the album. She raps over 11 syllables per second in both songs. Of course just because someone can rap fast, it doesn't make them a GOOD rapper. But what makes Jia different is her amazing diction and control when rapping these verses that makes her execution so flawless and almost impossible to copy.
for Jia's verse in Better Than Yesterday skip to 4:22-5:04
